lovely product, really pleased with it, but spoilt the whole experience with shocking correspondance and customer care, i left voice messages with no responce for days, left important information such as changing delivery address but this fell on deaf ears. Delivery time............don't bet on the 7 days it took 3 weeks.
Such a shame as the product is great.

The chopping block was excellent and made a very good wedding present.

There was a problem with the delivery company seemingly not wanting to deliver the item, and after a few paniced e-mails they actually sent another block to the hotel we were staying at for the wedding to make sure we had it in time.

We were given a personalised chopping board for an engagement present and thought it was such a lovely gift of such high quality that we recently purchased one for our best friends on their wedding. Great quality product, beautiful inscription quality, beautifully packaged and swift delivery. Can't recommend enough.

We ordered a personalised chopping block as a wedding present for a good friend - despite being very clear that we wanted it sent directly to our friend, they sent it to our home address. Result - £11.25 in postage we had to pay to get it sent to where it should have been in the first place.

I was really pleased with the oak chopping board I received. I bought it for a wedding present and was really impressed with the quality of the product and the engraving. It was also packaged well with lovely tissue paper. I would definitely buy another one and recommend to a friend!

I ordered a chopping block with engraving as a wedding anniversay present. This amazingly arrived in three days - so quick - and I was absolutely thrilled with it. The quality and engraving were superb. Would not hesitate to recommend the Chopping Block Co and hope to use them in the future.

The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was quoted as up to 7 days but it arrived in 3. The chopping board was tightly wrapped and well protected. The quality was excellent and will make the perfect gift. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to another. In actual fact it was recommended to me by a friend.

Ordered a customised chopping board for our friends and asked if Chopping Block Co. could reduce the lead-time of 7 days a little. They turned the order around in a day and I had my product within 2.5. Our friends adored the chopping board too. Great service throughout!

I ordered a cherry wood bread board with engraving on two sides. The website says 7 days order -> delivery, but I emailed to say it was my anniversary in 3 days and was there any chance of getting it done quickly. I had an email back saying they would do their best, and it arrived in only two days - the day before the anniversary. ;-) Happy wife, no trouble for forgetful husband. And it is a lovely piece of wood.

We had an oak board engraved for friends for their wedding and it was exactly what we'd hoped for. The wood is a wonderful quality and the engraving is really well done - very neat. We're really chuffed - I would definitely recommend as well as consider doing it again for someone else.

I bought the chopping board for my husband and I have to say it has one MAJOR fault, it is so beautiful he did not want to use it incase it got ruined!!!!! Stunning item, very fast delivery and well packaged would definately recommend.
