stitching Team

stitching Team: I had a very bad experience with the stitching team linked to Chennai Silks. I gave them 3 dresses (1 blouse, 1 salwar with gathering pant, 1 kurta top) and they charged me ₹2200. Price wer more higher than outside. They took full measurements and asked for 12 days, which I agreed to.

When I tried the stitched dresses, everything was wrong – blouse sleeves too tight, pant too loose, kurta neck too wide, and sleeve lengths all different. Basically all three outfits were spoiled.

When I went back, instead of apologizing they behaved rudely and arrogantly. They told me I should accept their mistake and offered only patch work, which I refused.

I asked for a refund, but they denied and argued. Finally, after complaining to Chennai Silks management, I got my money back. Only then I realized they are outside vendors, not Chennai Silks’ own team.

Overall, very poor stitching quality, no professionalism, and extremely arrogant behavior. Strongly suggest avoiding this stitching team.
