Service at the store was excellent

Service at the store was excellent. The lady was very patient and helpful. We were let down by the company that delivers your parcels. They do not deliver to my area in the afternoon only mornings which doesn't help when I work. They advertise that they have drop off places near me but they returned it to their depot in Hendra a long way from my place. I asked for them to leave it inside the side gate but said they couldn't as a signature was required. I paid a fee to have it redelivered to my work place. Where they left it on the steps to the back dock and no one signed for it. I wasn't impressed as it was in full view of the public for an hour or more until our storeman found it on the steps. It couldn't be left behind a closed gate at my property but they thought it was acceptable to leave in a public place.

Ural Owls

I love this print. It was exactly as advertised, the print is clear & the colours are beautiful. It was delivered much quicker than I expected. All in all a great experience

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, could not fault the way it was packaged.
Only concern was the delay in getting tracking updates after dispatch.
Maybe it was just the silly season.
