I purchased a pair BOSS (best overall short socks). According to the website, the fabric is, "30% Bison / 30% Preshrunk Merino Wool / 30% Bamboo / 7% nylon and 3% Lycra spandex." However, upon delivery, they are nowhere near that, with nylon being almost 40% of the material.
edit: I contacted the company, and apparently, they recently switched some construction (to improve durability without impairing overall feel), which is why the nylon appears much, much higher. I will provide a follow-up to my initial review once I wear them more.
edit 2: I've worn the socks for the last few days, and they're quite comfortable. However, only time will tell if they're worth it. Upgrading from one to three stars.
