It always gives me a great feeling when purchasing from TBCH. Knowing that it is an independent seller you are dealing with. The products on offer are clearly shown with high quality images and clear descriptions so you know what you are getting. Communication is always prompt from sellers. The new look website is also easy to use.

I am both a seller and a buyer on the British Craft House. It is an amazing collection of beautiful hand crafted creations and every seller that I have used is helpful and efficient and all items have been amazing, including those sent direct to gift recipients by the seller.

I bought some ceramic flowers as a 20th wedding anniversary gift for my daughter and her husband and we're all thrilled with them. They're just as pictured on the website too.

Amazing experience with this company. My purchase arrived, and there was an issue unfortunately the seller went AWOL not responding to messages from me or dottie. She was simply wonderful picking up the item herself and refunding my money in full. Despite my item not being okay the customer service was exemplary!

I love being able to see products from small businesses that I wouldn't necessarily come across. I've been delighted with everything I've bought and the service has been excellent. It's great to be able to support small business owners. Highly recommended.

Last year I purchased the most beautiful hand crafted crochet pigs in blankets baubles for my Xmas tree they were perfect

I have just received lavender hearts that I ordered.
The hearts themselves are stunning, and I can’t believe how beautifully packaged and gift wrapped and comes with an extra little gift attached to a gift card.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Great site of you are looking for something different and unique. I found Chris s Fork Emporium and now have three beautiful bracelets made from antique spoons that I love! What's not to like? I'm helping a small company of talented people who are recycling lovely old cutlery, win,win!!
