I bought a ceramic curler, payed by PayPal and never received a delivery!
They don't answer on my mails.
The 39,99€ are lost.
I hate this chinese policy. It's not the business way we know in Germany! I am angry.

I bought a Ramindong hair curler RD-060 from the brighter company for £39.99. It is unusable and not fit for purpose, and made from cheap plastic.
I first made contact with them in January and asked for a return address. Their response was to send a video of it not working? If something doesn’t work how can you do this!
I said this is not possible and they said just 10 seconds!
Two further emails and no response, they simply don’t want to refund me.
They have taken my money and ran.
Don’t waste any money with buying from this company. They are scammers.

Scammers... ordered and received my item. Didn’t charge..emailed company and got mo reply so opened PayPal claim. Was asked to send item back to Bulgaria!!! Website claims it’s a London base company. I shipped item to them with proof of postage and now they are saying they didn’t receive...PayPal have declined to give me a refund and gone in the complaint favour! Absolute joke! I’m now £40 down and no item.

Complete scammers. They claim on their site the products are designed in London. Untrue. There are simply drop-shipping cheap tat from China.

They claim 10 days shipping. Untrue. It took 40 days because it was drop-shipped from China.

I asked for refund, they said fine no problem, return the item. I did. They now are saying they will not issue refund because I didn't include the refund number.

But they never gave me such a thing.

Looking now, far too late, here and on their Facebook page it is clear they are nothing but filthy scammers.

I have complained to the Trading Standards and everyone who processes payments for them. Also, luckily, I am quite a big spender on Facebook for work so have a dedicated Ad Rep there who is also following up on getting their ads banned.

People like this are revolting human beings.

I decided against purchase and was told to return the product to Bulgaria!! I organised the product to be returned and tracked the product as requested and despite emailing the company on several occasions they are not responding. Something smells a bit whiffy at the moment be warned!

Very poor quality product. When mine arrived (which took 2 weeks) it was broken, the 'laser' was detached and rattling around inside the unit. Have tried to contact the company by email with no response after a week.
Please do not order from them.

P.S I have fixed the unit myself and it's not very good when it is working.

I bought the GalaxyCove projector. Despite their website emphasising a number of times that they are London based, the item itself is mass produced tat and was despatched from China. It was advertised as being compatible with Amazon Alexa - this is simply untrue. It is also very cheap feeling and mine stopped working the evening I bought it and charged it up. When it did work, the only colour option for the stars was green, which was not made clear - I don’t want green stars. The photographs in the ad were using a lot of artistic licence as when it was working it had nowhere near the impact or coverage implied. I feel silly for having trusted a FB advert that was clearly too good to be true.

Dont order from this company. 21 days after my order and I still haven't recieve my item. Poor and delayed responses to my emails basically telling me to just track my order, which by the looks of things was still in China during the the time they state it will be delivered to you!

I recently ordered 2 drones for my twins' birthday. They play with them for hours everyday. Really good value.

Really like my galaxy projector, came in 9 days, although the website advertised 4-8 day shipping, I think due to the current health situation in the UK, royal mail is a bit slower than usual
