I have several issues with BS
Once they get your email, you are bombarded, almost daily with emails. I don’t read them now unless it says sale.
It’s too much - please stop

I didn’t look at online sale as I’m building a gift box for a couple of upcoming BD’s & needed some Hemp hand creme.
Placed the order, it was acknowledged, (I think, was so long ago) & then .. nothing.
A week goes by, I’d almost forgotten about it & the excited anticipation had long faded, & I get an email saying it was despatched, then it’s a couple more days before it arrives.. Too Long BS … way too long - shabby in this day & age.
Finally, I opened my squashed box (which looked run over) & unwrapped it.
It didn’t look like much to be honest. A lot of money for not much at all. Luckily I qualified for a freebie gift, but I still sat there, deflated. The quality is not what it once was. All looks a bit “cheap” & my genuine feedback is that my expectation was met with poor service & inferior products. Could do better BS. There are some excellent companies Man Cave for instance who provide quick efficient service, with a far superior product, that looks, feels & smells much much better - better value, better for your skin & better for you!

Always find smth in here for me and their sets are such good gifts my daughters love then

I love all the products but recently the prices have really gone up. Worth it when they do special offers though

Today in the Frederiksberg Center branch, I had to wait for 45 minutes to ask a question about a hand cream and to actually buy it. the shop assistant was from the eastern EU and very new and didn't know how to work with the system. there was a long queue and also I had a gift card that she couldn't apply in the system and I ended up paying for the product in full and not with my gift card! very annoying experience!

Love the staff in the Grimsby branch, always polite and helpful. Will definitely be coming back and recommending

Can you please explain why the Ethiopian green coffee cream is discontinued?
Can you please explain why the ingredients of the hemp foot cream has changed with the new packaging?
Both have been part of my routine for many years and now just gone, feel annoyed that my loyalty as a customer is not valued, so would like to understand your reasoning behind these decisions to better understand. Thank you.

Ordered a gift set online for delivery, took 6 days for this to be dispatched and we are on the 8th day and still no sign! I went into the store to see if there was anything that could be done, to be advised you could always buy another and have the delivery refunded. I could, but I I'm not wasting anymore time. Il sit this one out, and lesson learnt bring back Dewbury body spray and quit thinking we are all vegans !

Have just made an enquiry about a product on line I usually purchase and couldn't find. Went on their live chat and the lady I chatted to was really nice and helpful. Sadly the product I wanted is discontinued which is a shame because it is my go to.

I tried mango & it was great in the shower & in the bath very juicy & fruity I liked it straight away.
I wanted to buy it again it’s sold out atm
Another favourite it is long lasting & I could wear it everyday.
It’s 1 of the best out of most of the showergels I’ve had before.
I wanted to get more atm I can’t.

I visited London on holiday for Christmas. I was with my wife and mom and we went to the Body Shop in Brixton south west London. We met Marcie who was a lovely and helpful African American woman with long hair. She helped us with Christmas gifts and took the time to make us feel at home in the Uk. The next time we visit we look forward to seeing Marcie again.

I did used ( bodyshop ) their face mask :( my face got an infection.Now me & my family friends never ever buy their products anymore. I’m at home off sick from work more than two weeks .😡 they don’t deserve any star at all 👎🏼 you can see my face skin in my picture on top .

I ordered online to collect in-store, when I went to the shop. I was surprised it was available. But then a minute later they sent an e-mail that my ordered was cancelled. I wasted my time with this people

I ordered a calendar and a treat box of lemon hand wash and lotion which did not come with calendar
And did take a few emails.
But customer service were excellent. Sent me a replacement of what was missing next day delivery

Best ever but please body shop bring back SPA OF THE WORLD

I ordered on 2 August. The order was a present for my god-daughter and i ordered nearly 2 weeks before her birthday to ensure i received the items in time. The tracking on the courier Evri's web site claims that the order was not received by them until 8 August and as at today (16 August) says that the parcel is being processed by them. Got in contact by their messaging system-The Body Shop live chat appears to be down and no phone number provided on their site. At the moment no response. In the meantime my god-daughters birthday has passed. Not impressed at all impressed and would give a "0" if i could.

I ordered four items. Only two of them were essential, the other two i purchesed only because they were on sale. Only after my ordered had been dispatched, did the body shop informed me that unfortunately two of the items i ordered were out of stock. I wished they let me know before and allowed me to cancel or at last change my order. Those two items were essentials, i paid the same for the postage as if they had been delivered. Considering the body shop failed to deliver 50% of what i ordered, i should have been given an option to cancel. I like the products but I'm disappointed with online service.

Hi, this isn't a review of your shop but a review of one of your body shop at home consultants. Jess is amazing at what she does and is very informative about all of the products, she goes out of her way to explain how the products work, feel on your skin, explains in lots of detail which product works best with what skin tone and how to apply them correctly. Have used her for nearly a year now and will continue to do so.
