Very quick, helpful :-)

Great service from day one !!! I booked an appointment to measured my windows the guy who did was very nice and took all the windows sizes so quickly!In 10 days my blinds was ready and another guy came and fitted them.I love my new blinds !!!!

We needed a new blind for our bathroom and requested a quote from the blind store after a marketing note was posted through our letterbox. The company had lots to recommend them. The blinds we wanted were half price, they were very quick & easy to contact, prompt for their quote and fitting appointments plus gave useful advice about the most suitable blinds to choose.

Booked appointment with this company as advertisment claimed they did evening visits , and I'm at work all day. , were due on Tuesday evening, they came at 1.30 in afternoon whilst I was at work... eft an Anna machine message....Booked another for Thursday evening, which was changed to Saturday, recieved another Ansa machine message asking me to arrange a payment, I'd not even had a quote... then they changed appointment to Sunday, feeling really messed around so declined, would leave 0 stars if possible, waste of time, avoid them.

Great service and exceptional staff. Always on hand for any queries. Quick response for our work which sometimes needs same day answers. Deliveries are prompt and efficient, any problems are dealt with professionally and quickly.

I recently installed these blinds in my living room, and I couldn't be happier! They add a modern touch to the space while providing excellent light control. The fabric is high quality, and they glide smoothly when opening and closing. I love how they enhance the overall aesthetic of the room!

Quick fitting arranged from contacting and then fitting arranged quickly at a convenient time. Was kept informed throughout.

Again. Wished I had of checked here before ordering from this so called company.
Took a day off work to fit 3 blinds. Payed full amount up front.
They never showed up,I phoned late in the day. Phoned company and they said someone would call me back.
They did after I got in contact with my bank to request a refund.
Horrible customer service also. 1 star is too many.
