Very simple procedure, made my order and within a week bike was set up and sent to dispatch company that specialises in delivering bikes and just over a week later bike was delivered by very helpfull driver who gave me some advice on the bike, during all this time was continuously kept up to date on what was happening including on the day of delivery was able to track the delivery vehicle, all very professional, and would not hesitate to recommend to anybody who is considering purchasing a bike online.
My only comment is that the bike came with no written instructions on how to operate
The Bosch display and controller, however going on line and help from my son in law more tec than me, eventually worked it out.
