REFUSED TO FIX A FAULT THEY HAD CAUSED.
I took my Cube bike in and asked for their advice on a new type of front tyre with more grip, as they are a Cube dealer. The one they tried did not fit, and was charged £12.50 for this attempt. The old tyre was put back on and as I left, they checked that the tyre had not gone flat. I rode it home 1 mile away, and within a couple of hours the tyre was flat. I telephoned them and it was admitted that they may have accidentally nicked the inner tube, which I am sure must be easy to do so no complaint about that, and they suggested returning to have the inner tube replaced, which I did the next day just taking the wheel to them. Four days later the tyre was again flat, and I had not used the bike. I took the bike back, and after checking for leaks was informed there was nothing wrong, they refused to fix the problem they had caused. I am now left with a bike I cannot use.
