I made a mistake when ordering my beautiful charm. Karen was very patient and kind when I emailed her to ask why I hadn't had the discount and gave me the offer anyway. This is the sort of customer service every company should use, not giving away items for half price but the way I wasn't made to feel a nuisance. Thank you

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, ordered two charm’s around 3pm today and when I got home at 5.30 my charms had been hand delivered, You can’t get any better service than that and the charms are beautiful.

Great product, swift and friendly service. I love my own purchases and items gifted have been received with genuine delight. Brilliant company
I've been a customer for a few years now, and I cannot fault this company. I've asked for 2 things that were not on the site and each time an item had been found for me,, the last item being the charm that holds ashes. The pictures do not do this charm justice! It is beautiful. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

Missing items.
Item received. I gave straight to my friend in the envelope as it was a gift for her.
I didn't open.
When my friend opened there was only 1 charm in the envelope.
The Bee Charm saying my fault for not opening straight away.
Actually not my fault the outcome would have been the same. 2 charms missing.
Avoid these scammers at all cost. I'm £56 down and my friend has only part of a present.
Disgusted by the service and response.
Saying can't challange with Royal Mail. This is wrong.
What I got from Royal Mail earlier.
If the item was sent to somewhere within the UK, you must claim within 80 days from the date it was posted. If there's extra insurance for the item (called 'consequential loss insurance'), you must claim within 14 days from when it was posted.
And to be fair if I opened today or when received. The outcome would be the same. 2 beads missing.

As per our discussion your order was delivered nearly a month ago on 15/06/24, you have only just contacted us today 12/07/24 to say items were missing? Why would you leave it so long to contact us & what do you expect us to do after all this time? It is the receivers responsibility to check the order & report any issues, you didn't do this & now its too late for me to challenge Royal Mail. We are a small business & reviews like this are very damaging & totally unfair.
UPDATE - After you contacted us again to say you had received the wrong order, we re-sent the order and you got this on 22/07/24 & yet you still haven't amended/ removed this review? Clearly we are not scammers but despite you knowing this, you are happy to leave this on?
