I live in a Rural Town in Canada, I often have packages get beat up to the point where the contents are beyond simply 'Damaged' so having the option to take out Protection on the Package without breaking the Bank was a no brainer.

I did find the length of time it took my products to arrive troubling. 3 to 4 delivery took 6 days to even get shipped. I understand the warehouse was overwhelmed, but a little proactive communication would have helped. FedEx was a disaster, my package was suppose to be here ion the 18th it didn't even get to their Memphis hub until then. Finally got here late yesterday.

The estimated delivery date was monday 31st October. I took this to expediate shipping and hopefully arrive at the weekend but it still came on monda 31st so no real benefit.
