Terrible Experience – Falsely Advertising Product Compatibility and Untrustworthy Business Practices
If you’re thinking about buying from The AutoPartsShop don’t. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. I was double-charged for an order, and the part they sent me was completely wrong for my vehicle, despite their website assuring me it was the right fit.
When I reached out to their customer support, they dragged their feet and failed to resolve the issue within the timeframe they promised. I provided all the necessary documentation, but it was like talking to a brick wall. Frustrated and out of options, I filed disputes for both charges through PayPal.
Instead of fixing their mistake, the company is now pressuring me to cancel the disputes, which is absurd and unethical. PayPal advised against it, and I’m glad they did.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their business practices are shady, their customer service is non-existent, and you’ll be left dealing with their mess on your own.
