We needed a part that was hard to get quickly. We ordered from auto parts bc they had faster shipping times. The part even came in 2 days early

The item arrived 2 days late...

The packaging was ok, it did get a bit banged up but the parts was ok.

But was supposed to be here Tuesday, did not arrive until today.

They need to get on FEDEX about the tracking data.

Product quality is decent.

Ordering was fast and simple. Clear to get the item needed with matching VIN. hasn’t been delivered yet but will update. Also way better pricing than anywhere else for same product.

Ordering was simple. Really grateful for genuine GM parts. The part did take a little longer than expected to arrive ( 12 days).

It was awful. Y’all took my money, told em it was out of stock, and now I have not gotten my money back

Trying to return something is a joke , so don't belive wher it says, easy returns
Been waiting two days to hear back from someone just to get a return label and address, left two messages, left two emails , still nothing
Won't be using this company anymore
They want to sell you stuff ,but don't want to give back the money when called for.
8 /26/24 Still haven't heard back from this so called awsome customer service crew ??? now I have to get paypal involved just to return the parts, SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE !!!!!

Needed to return item they make it to hard to get your money back so I'm out 100 plus 30 in shipping and if u wanted to return the item it was 300$

The part came wrapped so no damage, and the two parts that I ordered came within five days. This was a very easy site to order from.

The picture of part and description didn't match. It was fine because I am sure eventually the other handle will break so I kept and ordered another one.
