When booking Theatre tickets as gifts - Theatre Tokens is our go to company - this really paid off before Christmas when having ordered vouchers they failed to arrive in the mail within a reasonable time. As Christmas presents was concerned would not arrive in time however Kay immediately gave us acceptable options in case non arrival - fortunately they did arrive in time!

I was most impressed with the service I received from the theatre tokens company. I had not received my physical voucher so having sent an email to enquire I had a reply from Kay. She was very helpful and sent an email voucher which I can give to my daughter in law for Christmas. They love the theatre as do we and we would always book through you as the other companies do not come up to your standard.

Emailed speculatively following the find of my tokens purchased in the 1990’s, thinking they may be out of date.

Within the hour, I had an updated e-gift card, registered tokens, ready to spend.

Genuinely shocked and thrilled at the same time it has been sorted. To top it all off, this was done on a Saturday morning.

Ordered a theatre token without issue which then got lost. Got in touch via email and my issue was swiftly dealt with. The customer service assistant was so helpful and it was greatly appreciated. Will not hesitate to use this company again.

Brilliantly quick customer service, and always delightfully helpful

I discovered some old paper tokens and emailed for help, and received a helpful and friendly reply within 10 minutes. I’ve been told a thousand times by a thousand companies how important my call is and how valuable I am as a customer, but for once, it feels like it.

Had an issue with not having a PIN for a voucher purchased last year which was resolved promptly and extremely courteously.

I discovered some old tokens of my mother’s that dated back over 20 years. A quick google told me they were still valid, but I would need to replace them (free of charge) for up to date tokens with a PIN. The process was very quick and straightforward. I emailed an image of the old tokens and received replacements within 24 hours. Kay Adams-Ripley from their customer service team could not have been more helpful. Thank you 😊

I get a theatre token voucher every year as a birthday gift from my mother and every year I love it! It’s available to use at so many theatres! This year I had a slight technical issue with my voucher, and within 5 minutes of emailing I received a response and a resolution from Kay. Thank you so much for helping me out so quickly, you are amazing! 10/10 would recommend

So got a present - gift voucher and card wasn't going through so wrote out another one; got charged extra £2.99 - sent an email and Henry sorted it out the following date. What fantastic service. I am sure my daughter and boyfriend will very much appreciate this.

We received Theatre Tokens for Christmas 2024 .
I have had to contact theatre tokens last year due to damaging the pin & this year to check on their expiry.
On both occasions, I received such speedy and helpful responses . I could not have required anything more.

Received as a gift but when I’ve tried to redeem told they are invalid. I’ve sent 3 emails to theatre tokens and left 2 phone messages. All these have had no response! It’s been 2 months now… is this a genuine company? Avoid I’d say
