The Warehouse.Com Ltd. was created out of a frustration at the lack of expertise that end users could call upon for good advice when looking to purchase shredders; binding machines; laminators; print finishing & paper handling equipment; and design-led, colour-rich office furniture together with the associated supplies. Within the business there exists over 60 years of combined experience in this equipment. Our selling process is a consultative one. We attach a great deal of importance to listening carefully to our customers' requirements before making an appropriate recommendation. In taking a consultative and specialist approach to the sales process, we are able to differentiate ourselves from many of our competitors. We react quickly to any after sales issues, but our ethos is to avoid these in the first place by striving to make sure our customers get the right equipment for the job. To this end, we do not hide behind contact forms on our web sites but positively encourage you to call one of our sales advisers for assistance on 01225 487200 . You can buy with confidence from a company that really cares about pre- and after-sales service, operates from a physical office & warehouse facility and counts among it's customers hundreds of schools & further education establishments, central government, the Cabinet Office, MOD, NHS Trusts & PCT's, GP surgeries, local authorities, police forces nationwide, many major blue-chip corporations including all the major banks, general companies & other businesses. Ordered a Fellows shredder which…

Ordered a Fellows shredder which promptly arrived. Unfortunately there was a problem and it wasn't working. Rang them up and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent without any fuss or hassle. couldn't fault the service received.

We recently purchased our second shredder from The Warehouse.com, following detailed advice from Phil Taylor. The shredder and free air purifier were delivered on time. The agreed cashback deal, handled by Fellowes, has been very easy to claim and we are due to receive the funds shortly. Time will tell how the new Fellowes shredder performs, so far so good, but if it is as good as the first one then we will be very satisfied.
