Avoid this SCAM company at all costs

Avoid this SCAM company at all costs. Partner ordered an item in January and it still hasn’t arrived. They just keep pushing back a dispatch date. They are deleting negative comments on here and blocking people. But just go look at their horrendous trust pilot reviews. Braindead people running this business.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! I’m having such a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a personalised item two months ago for a birthday present and the estimated delivery date was well before I needed the item. They have delayed the dispatch multiple times now with no explanation. When I have got in touch they have just said there is nothing they can do. I contacted Not on the High Street and unfortunately they were no help either. At the time of writing this, it had been two months since I purchased the item and it still hasn’t been dispatched.

Avoid this company

Would give a zero rating if allowed. Terrible company to deal with. Ordered personalised item well before Xmas for a present. Arrived wrong personalisation. Contacted them straight away, said they couldn’t replace before Xmas but if you were a new customer they would guarantee Xmas delivery. Due to this response I asked for a full refund which is when communication stopped from them.
I suggest avoiding this company !! Product not as ordered. Customer services rubbish.

Item was delivered broken

Item was delivered broken. It was flimsy for the price and the packaging was poor. Tried to contact seller via NOTONTHEHIGHSTREET where I brought it from and no responses. I see that it is also not easy to leave a review. Avoid at all costs.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company! Recently purchased a personalised door mat which is described as “coir mat with hard wearing print” on the website. After 1-2 months the print has virtually worn off! I contacted Jucille in customer services who said that when it arrived there would have been a note in the box saying that it’s best not to put it outside as rain removes the print! There is no mention on the website that this is not suitable for outdoor use - it’s a doormat!!! They do not accept returns of personalised items so it’s too late to give this warning to a customer after it’s already been purchased (though I didn’t see this so called note in the box when it arrived). I was told that as a “goodwill gesture” they would replace the mat for me. So far, a month later, there is no mat and both Jucille and Ross (the owner) are ignoring me and won’t respond to my emails. They also sell on Not On The High Street so be warned and you should also avoid them there. Honestly this company is awful and I’m going to report them to trading standards. If I could have given them a zero I would have done!

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ‘That’s nice that’. I ordered a personalized towel for my son as a Christmas present, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The order took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when it finally did, they sent the completely wrong item.

I immediately contacted their useless, nonexistent customer service, and was asked by Jucille to send a picture of the wrong item for which I did, but since then they have done nothing but ignore all of my many emails. This level of unprofessionalism is appalling, and not at all expected especially considering this was meant to be a special gift.

After this experience, I looked at other reviews and discovered that I am not alone and many other customers have had similar issues with incorrect orders, long delays, and non-existent customer service or refunds. It seems this company is nothing but piss pot and has no regard for their customers or reputation.

Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I will never order from them again and will be warning everyone I know to avoid this shit arse company at all costs.

AVOID

Ordered item that was not in stock. Item for niece's birthday. 5 days later they say it's out of stock and they will try to get it back on a date AFTER my neice's biryhday. How can this happen???! Why not say atcstart if out of stock. Complained politely and posted on Facebook. Because of this, they just refunded me without me saying so. Fragile 'Ross' says I was "abusive" and "hurtful". In no way was I. Unprofessional, small business that clearly can't manage orders and spit the dummy if you dare criticise. Surely there must be consumer law preventing items being sold that are out of stock without letting cusomer know. Bordering on fraudulent. They sell on Not On The High Street. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Mixed level of Customer Care

Placed orders for two personalised camper vans. They didn't arrive. My experience was identical to the reviewer who ordered the oak personalised beer bottle cap. Couriers "Evri" lost the orders. I've used That's Nice "contact us" portal more than once and also sent an email. Have I had the courtesy of a response? NO. Have the replacement products arrived? NO.
Glossy website hides very poor customer care.
Yell gives a phone No. I managed to speak once and was told to use the on line contact form. It now goes direct to voicemail

UPDATE I was finally contacted by Customer care. A lady named "L" ( I understand we should not give personal names in reviews). She was unable to find my requests for replacements and Evri had said they had attempted delivery. I provided details for both including Evri email saying they'd lost it.

With that "L" swung into action. She reworked the orders with some priority and despite the Xmas rush they did arrive within the week. Well done "L"
It does show that when placed with a challenge they can come up trumps

I suspect the arrangements of the website "Contact Us" portal will need reviewing if they could not trace my requests.

I ordered a oak personalized beer…

I ordered a oak personalized beer bottle cap display on the 17 November 22
and was notified by email on 18/11/22 that my order was on its way with a tracking number stating that Evri were expecting my parcel ( If I had realized that Evri were the courier, I would not have purchased) then on checking the tracking number it said on the 22/11/22 that my parcel was at the Hub being processed with a further update to say it was out for delivery between 19:00 – 21:00 on Tue 22/11/22, (pleasantly surprised)

21:10 I get the “We're sorry we haven't been able to deliver today. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day”

Well what a surprise, NOT........... the next working day....... nothing , and so & so forth to this date still nothing.

So 7 days since Evri have had my parcel and no delivery or updates, clearly they either do not have it or they have lost it (yea right!!!!!!) I asked for a refund.

If you could refund me the £35.05, preferably quicker than Evri say they will deliver, it would be appreciated.

Needless to say the response i received 30 November 22 was OK at best,

And to date (07 December 22) No response / No refund / Zero contact !!!!

Dispute now raised with PayPal

If you are happy to pay for goods & services from "That`s Nice That" and receive nothing for your money & zero service then i can only recommend you make a purchase !!!

Not really worth it

Bought the personalised beer bottle cap wall art. 44 holes for £35. Looks really nice online but in my hand it’s really flimsy and not worth the price. It will be a nice gift but for me it’s too flimsy and overpriced.
