Ordering site said 1-3 days delivery…
Ordering site said 1-3 days delivery time expected. Took 2 weeks. Had to buy identical item from other company in the meantime. Now I have one spare that I simply didn’t need. Thansen should not underestimate. Reason for buying was fair price and short delivery time 😑

The part arrived at the store two days…
The part arrived at the store two days late. There was no notification from you that the delivery would be delayed. The car sat in the workshop for two days longer, which resulted in higher repair costs. I rate your service the worst.

I saw seven people at work, but onlyc one at the regester. So tok some time to get help. When i geat help they was nice and i got my producte. I ordered from the webside and it tok ten days including the weekend. I didn't hear any thing before i got the package, about it beeng sent or something. Otherwise it was easy to order, and i got the right product without any problems.

We can see that the store was busy at the time of your visit, and only one employee was available at the register while other staff were assisting customers elsewhere in the store and warehouse. This can occasionally lead to short waiting times during peak periods.
