Great experience with the coach and happy to be on the field in real life to see how to rehab a properties.

I went to Than Mertill 2 hour seminar. Driving far for this event. There are some good points in this class , but I suggest getting familiar with researching how to get into real estate first ,before diving in to this program.

His customer service team lady name kara pretty sure was a fake name. She was very rude and should be fired. Bad business bad taste for the business. I paid $200 for a workshop that never happened, I called and email many times for a refund and just got the run around.

I am motivated with all the materials provided so that I may take the 3day training. The commaradary and energy I felt at the 1st introductory conference was enlightening and empowering. However, I'm experiencing a small issue. Since, Covid19 pandemic it has been difficult to reschedule a solid training date for my 3day crash course...can't reach customer service to address this matter....hoping they can address this information on their site..others looking forward excell.

Pay them a couple of thousand $$ to attend the weekend seminar and hear pep talks throughout, along with only a moderate amount of useful information. In order to get the tools to get started, you'll be asked for anywhere from $10-$50k more to be part of their "exclusive" team.

Than Merrill has put together a top of the line training packet with support services that are top notch.Thank you Than Merrill.

I'm really so proud and so lucky to be joined in his amazing institution "Fortune Builders & It,s Inner Circle Mastery Program" back in February, 2020 & have an opportunity to attend & listen Than Merrill in a live virtual bootcamp event in May, 2020 while he was recovering & healing his pain from a knee surgery and learnt how wonderful, delightful, admirable a genuine human being he is ! 1) Free 1st day 2 hour Teasor...Tell you how great they are and how they can make you rich. Sell you on an inexpensive 3 day long seminar for only $197.00. Sounds great huh ? Just wait...
2) After 3 long miserable days of hearing B.S. you can get their 3 month, 6 month or 9 month program for $7,500.00 to $50,000.00 with "easy" payment options. Totally B.S. hype and rude ignorant staff once you tell them you are skeptical about such a huge capital outlay.
Run, Run, Run away from this ripoff organization.

The Full Immersion Training I attended over the weekend February 22-23, 2020 taught by Bill Hook was simply amazing. He showed us a step by step process that has already proven to be winning a formula for success in real estate investing. It is simplified for even the novice in real estate investing to succeed.

I have no doubt that if a student has the right characteristics and is driven, has vision and is dedicated, that success is a forgone conclusion. With the systems already in place and the support team being as responsive as I have experience so far, my success in this venture is a forgone conclusion.

If able, I recommend to others to get in, stay in and enjoy the journey. There is plenty for everyone so let’s join hands together at the top. This is a vehicle that will help take us there.

It is proven that it is not only Than, but the team he has assembled that pushes us students across "our goal line". This is not meant to be a take away from Than, just a simple thanks to all involved.

The Full Immersion class was very well presented. Laura was a great Instructor. She was very knowledgeable, down-to earth and inspiring. The course content was great as well. I really enjoyed my classmates and the tour. It was good to be around like-minded people! Awesome!,

Rick did a great job at the Full Immersion in Detroit. He was very well versed in the information he was teaching. He kept it interesting and was energized.

I had a wonderful time at Full Immersion on Day 1 and 2 (2/15 & 2/16 2020). It was a very informative 2-day session thanks to Laurie Pirie. She was a delight to see and hear about how students can crush it. I enjoyed hearing about her personal journey before and currently at FortuneBuilders. I found the added value that the students were able to go to two properties and have hands-on experience to walk through them and complete a repair estimator in 15 minutes. I am glad I attended to hear more about FortuneBuilders systems and tools that are available to use so I can start and have a successful real estate investing company. The Deal Analyzer was a great tool to see onscreen in person. It will definitely save me a lot of time as well as the repair estimator. I am ready to Crush It. My next step in my journey is scheduled on April 1 thru 5 (Marketing and Acquisition and Wholesaling). Thank you Laura Pirie, Than Merrill and your team and the FortuneBuilders community
