The customer services line when…
The customer services line when ordering and the delivery driver were great in their service. However the wrong size acro props were sent out. This ultimately meant that my bank holiday wall knock down could not be compleyed thanks to this error. I would rather have bad service and get the right order!!

Ordered a prefabricated beam to SE spec and paid expecting a delivery the following week. 5 days later had a refund from PayPal with no contact or explanation. Ended up sourcing way cheaper and much quicker elsewhere. A phone call or email would have been nice! Not impressed at all...

Nice to deal with but I asked for the bottoms of the RSJ’s to line up and they were supplied so the tops lined up. Also forgot some items off the delivery but they are in and were supplied quickly for a good price. I have used them before and would use them again!
