Excellent customer service. Took time to give advice and respond quickly. TF Tuned serviced my shock and fork to the T. They shipped out my parts quickly.

From my first call to TF Tuned I was impressed with the service I received. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and professional and despite me not knowing exactly what I needed they were able to help and sort me out with everything I required to get my bike up and running again.
My order was dispatched quickly and everything was set up so all I had to do was bolt my new shock onto the bike and I was ready to roll.
I did have one small issue where the spring I ordered wasn't quite strong enough (I may have had a few too many mince pies over Christmas), but a quick call saw a new slightly heavier spring in the post to me the same day with no additional charge!
TF Tuned were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be using them again when my shock is due a service. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

Excellent service put my fox shock and forks in for a service and was really impressed with the speedy turnaround time and the call from the guys that were doing the work to explain what work needed doing the collection and delivery service was a big help as well i would definitely recommend

After having issues with the shock bushings and fitting kits from other companies, I'm impressed by the quality and high level of workmanship on the TF tuned parts. Parts arrived very quickly and fit perfectly.

Poor service/not refunding a dropper that was faulty from day one. Purchased a BikeYoke dropper from them, they were unresponsive when asking for help. Resorted to getting in touch with BikeYoke, who agreed there was a fault with the device. TF Tuned aren't honouring the refund.

I recently dropped off my shock and forks, for a long-overdue service. Great to meet Ruth and the guys in person. Utterly professional company with excellent customer service and a rapid turnaround, despite being swamped with work by the look of things! I received a comprehensive description and explanation of the service, as well as some useful suspension advice. Totally recommended!

Incredible service from these guys. Needed a new shock which they didn't have in the right size due to lead time so they offered an alternative, help with mounts and spacers, and asked if I needed it urgently and managed to turn it around in 4 days including delivery so I had it for the weekend. Unbelievable.

These guys really know their stuff. The team are friendly and knowledgable, and the booking service is efficient. The team member who works on your suspension will phone you to discuss any work performed, and they will tailor the service to your requirements. A shout out to Adam who helped with my Olaf Lefty.

First time using TF for my shock, admittedly was a bit put off by the price compared to local shock service provider, however my shock exploded after the second ride following a service elsewhere so decided to use TF tuned as I've heard good things about them.

The communication was brilliant, got my shock back day after it was serviced along with all seals and the broken damper shaft which I thought was a nice touch. They also send a letter detailing the work they have done and the inspection results and what the shock has been set to etc.

All in All I was really impressed with them and will have no qualms in sending my forks/shocks to them for future services.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt that this would be one of those times, when acknowledging the sublime experience is a must. I have recently decided to upgrade my shock on my MTB, and I've ended up on TF Tuned website. I was immediately taken by the amount of free technical information that was available, detailing not only the process on how to measure the shock to get the correct hardware, but also stuff like mounting and removing shocks, forks, etc. As I've still had a few doubts I gave them a call and I have been put thru to a very knowledgeable gentleman who assisted me in selecting the correct spring for my shock. The very next day, UPS courier turned up with my new toy. Sadly it turned out that the size of the top mounting hardware was incorrect (a problem with the Cane Creek website and my particular bike model), so I rang them and they have offered to immediately replace the mount with the correct one if I drop the shock off to them. As I live relatively close to them, 45 minutes later I was on my way back with the new mount. To my absolute horror, it turned out that the lower mount had an incorrect internal pin diameter (totally my fault, as I did not check the diameter, just the length ...). I rang them again, and they told me that they can sort it out for me. After another 50 minutes, I was on my way back with the correct bottom hardware.
They did not charge me for the service, and were more than happy to help a fellow biker to get back on the trail. I could not recommend them more, and I will be definitely coming back. Thanks a lot !
