Avoid this company if you have options elsewhere
I gave plenty of chance before giving this review but my issue was not resolved so here it is.
I ordered a half wall for my gazebo but I didn’t receive the item because of the shocking delivery service that was provided. Please, if you order from this company, check that they don’t send your item through TNT, they are being bought out by FedEx Express and don’t give you any way to track your items or rearrange delivery. I ended up missing my delivery twice before it got returned to sender with no way to arrange anything with them, they stuck blank stickers on my door which didn’t work when scanned.
When raised with TFH Gazebos, they said that if I wanted my item re delivered then I’d have to pay for it and that if I wanted a refund then I’d have to swallow the £10 for delivery. After so much time wasted going back and forth with them, they were not prepared to accept responsibility for using a terrible delivery company, refund my delivery cost or simply redeliver, even when TNT advised that they are able to challenge this cost with their account manager.
Avoid this company if you have options elsewhere, awful customer service.
