My adviser Chris has been very supportive and very attentive to my specific needs to maximise my monthly pension payment with a small tax free cash lump sum. I have recommended your service to my neighbour who has an appointment booked with Pension Wise on 14th July. This is the route I used to obtain your financial services.

After outlining my requirements, my advisor went to work & came back with a plan which fitted with what I wanted to do. Everything was explained clearly & I am happy with the outcome.

Toby made it clear via many calls that only when I was totally comfortable with the advice and recommendations should I proceed. I did and I’m so pleased I did. First class advice clearly presented by Tom Rowland and carried through to completion by him and the team at the Financial Advice Service. I was transferring my pension from a SIPPS and the process was thoroughly explained by Tom as were the reasons for the choice of the fund I was moving my money to. For the first time I felt I understood something of the complex pension world and all the options available.

I was referred to this company of independent financial advisors in April and they have done a very good job and communicated clearly what they were doing and why including the advice on our various pension pots and what best to do to maximise our income and assets not just in the short term but the long term. For a small annual charge they'll keep looking after our investments to maximise the returns so hopefully they'll be some left for our grand children or if we stay about long enough our great grand munchkins

You hear/read so many horror stories regarding people losing large amounts of money, you wonder whether it is really worth the hassle of finding a company and advisor you can trust, well I found one TFAS and the superb Tom Redmond. He guides you through every step of your investments with total clarity, he will stop and ask you questions whether you understood every section of the process, he made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease with my investments. I can only say that I 100% trust this company, especially Tom. Excellent professional service.

I would definitely recommend Tom Redmond and The Financial Advice Service Ltd to other customers. Why..........? I got the name of this company from the WWW which made me a little nervous because of how many scammers are out there. I had 5 pension pots that I wanted looking at to see if they could be better invested elsewhere to give me a better return. I spoke to Thomas Redmond who really knows his stuff and put me at ease with his vast knowledge in this huge world that is investments. (I also checked with the FCA that he and the company were eligible to provide me with the advice that they did and they were, phew!). The whole process has taken 3 months from beginning to end. It has taken place entirely over the phone due to Covid, with no face to face meetings, although we were able to see each other during our calls. I felt comfortable working with Tom and whilst he was completely professional he was also personable which helped me trust him and the company with where to invest my money!!!!!! His investment advice was top notch. I work for a pensions administration company and ran the advice that he gave me past one of my colleagues who thought it was spot on. From the very first telephone contact the team has helped me make sense of what seemed a "maze of the unknown" in regards to my pension schemes.

Excellent service Jeff took a lot of time over two phone calls to explain the pros and cons without any pressure bearing in mind I am a complete beginner in investment.

Found this company online, from day one they have been extremely helpful and informative. No question went unanswered immediately.
Changed an old pension to an up to date provider, all paperwork is clear and uncomplicated.
Would recommend from my experience.

absolutely superb service, kept me up to date every step of the way, were right on the ball with any queries I had, and were to a standard of professionalism that I would normally only expect from solicitors and doctors. This was totally unknown territory to me but the way Financial Advice Services handled it I was filled with confidence from the word go.. Not at all expensive given the amount of high grade financial work that was done and they worked as my broker in dealing with mortgage lenders, both parties solicitors, surveyors etc. - I just filled out a few straight forward forms and the rest just happened as if by magic! I'd recommend these people to anyone
