Proper support for an old TFA anemometer…
I had a problem with a TFA anemometer which was already 8 years old and stopped working. I could not get it working again, but when I mailed TFA, I got a proper answer and some suggestions to get it going again. And it worked! Happy with the service, especially because there are no TFA Anemometers supporting 433Mhz.

I had a problem with the initial configuration.
I had a problem with the initial configuration of a newly bought device. Support was very helpful and provided the right information that allowed me to do the initial configuration .
I am enjoying the product now.
Solution was to plugin the device and force 2.4Ghz Wifi configuration.

Excellent all round service and products
I contacted customer service today as my outdoor transmitter has stopped working. We have had our three weather stations and outdoor transmitter for many years and we have never had any problems with them. So I got in touch today hoping I can source a new outdoor transmitter that was compatible with my old weather stations. The reply was almost immediate with very clear information on which ones to get so I am very happy. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and excellent products.
