Our office has started using TextMagic last year to assist on reaching out to our patients. It is really helpful and beneficial as a lot of people prefer to text rather than talk verbally.

Fast service in sending back response but SMS delivery to the customer is getting delay. Sometimes SMS is not delivering but status is shown as delivered. this is not reliable to run the business.

Fix this issue to avoid real-time practical issues like this.

Very easy and simple system! Entire company uses it now! Only ever had one problem and that was automatic emails being sent as a text. Sorted now and have no complaints!

Text Magic has been an extremely effective tool for me to reach people on their phone, especially those who do not pick up phone calls but text.

This app has literally changed my life at work. We have switched to curbside pick up of orders, and my phone was constantly ringing to the point where I could not get work done. Now I use TextMagic, and multiple team members get notifications on their phones when we have a customer arriving for pick up. My productivity has improved dramatically, and my customers love it!

I really love text magic. It is easy to use. The scheduling feature is wonderful. It makes my day so much smoother and customers love texting vs a phone call or email. It is very reliable and that is very important as well. Highly recommend.

My review of TextMagic.

I like TextMagic, however, when sending bulk text messages not all recipients get the messages.

Also, I don't like it that when sending a Spanish text, I get charged more for using special characters.

Wonderful to give a personal touch and remind clients of upcoming events

Excellent service. We use it to notify our residents that their package has arrived because the delivery services would always mark the packages as delivered early. Now people know exactly when their package has arrived.

This an excellent and cost effective way of communication with clients, we use it in our busy IT service centre to inform clients of the progress of repair or for contacting with any queries etc.

A great platform for sending texts and mass texts. Cheap and easy to use, the chat feature is brilliant.

Great product. Especially with COVID's restrictions. It's great to be able to communicate with students instantly in a way that they respond to right away.

I find the system to be very reliable and helps me contact and stay in touch with clients, many of whom have sporadic internet access, or who do not check their e-mails as often as necessary.

Easy to use ... text, contacts, exports, history.

Over the past year, TextMagic has been a reliable tool for us at Hero PA to send out instant SMS messages to our clients.

We have an API built which integrates perfectly with TextMagic and this helps us relay urgent or critical messages in a time-efficient manner.

I was recommended to use TextMagic by a friend within my industry (Telephone Answering Services) and by using TextMagic, we have never had any problems at all and have managed to save on SMS costs compared to a previous provider.
