Manufacturer bribes customers with Amazon vouchers, brush sets, and water tanks to get 5-star reviews and refunds to have negative reviews removed on Amazon. Tesvor S6 Turbo can't mop and vacuum with strong suction (anymore), either you mop with weak suction or vacuum with strong suction and no mopping. No Y-shaped mopping. Disproportionate water dispersion levels ("high" empties the water tank within ~15 minutes, "medium" leaves it ~half full after ~65 minutes of cleaning). Doesn't resume cleaning after recharging or waking up from hibernation after getting stuck. Undocks, starts roaming around looking for the dock, and messes up the map when power goes out. Can't edit map. Can't name rooms. Can't command to clean specific rooms via Google Assistant. Can't select room sequence. Can't change language to English (German only). No consumables/maintenance information. Noisy. Says "Reinigung beginnt" ("starting to clean") when docking. Repeatedly falls from stairs. Goes around erratically, hibernates with ~20% battery left and ~half the floor uncleaned, then wakes you up at ~4 AM to resume cleaning after you dock it at ~12 AM to recharge when power is cheaper. No option to disable this besides turning robot off. Leaves water tank full after ~68 minutes of mopping with maximum water level. Doesn't check container presence before starting to clean (i.e. starts cleaning without container). Stops running with 20% battery left. Useless support, they fix nothing and constantly say it's the intended behavior and they can't change it despite being the manufacturer (and sometimes even lying that they're only the distributor and forwarding you to the seller).

I am completely satisfied with the vacuum robot. The suction function is good, I find the targeted suction function via the app particularly chic. An area can be selected that can be vacuumed or wiped. The wipe function is also good. Light dirt stains are removed. The app works a bit sluggishly.

There was a lot of back and forth because I never received my order. My first message was never answered, the second was answered after a couple of days. I was asked to wait, given another delivery date. Again waiting, messaging them because I still didn't receive it. In the end I cancelled my order as they seemed unable to handle shipping a simple order. Then I was asked if I ever received the order. How do they not know that? Do they not track shipments?
Then again back and forth again with the reimbursement, missing dates they themselves gave me. Finally got my money back, wasn't sure if I ever would. While I was waiting I read some horrible reviews about the app. Seems like I dodged a bullet.

I ordered a X500 vacuum a week ago, and the money was withdrawn from my account immediately. I got an order confirmation that said that the product had shipped, but the tracking number was missing. I have been trying to get in touch with Tesvor for a week, using all email addresses I could find. No response. The chat functionality on their website is off-line all the time, and when I call the German customer support number, I get a voice message that I don't really understand, and right after the call is ended.

I cannot say for sure that anything is wrong, but my alarm bells are ringing when it is impossible to get in touch with the company. I will update this review if anything happens.
