The worst service. After finishing my course, I requested extended access to the videos for just one more month. I completed the course several months ago, and they told me I would need to pay for all the months that had passed since the course ended — even though I had no access to the videos during that time.

This is absurd. Why should I pay for something I didn’t use and never had access to?

I had to reschedule my exam due to health reasons, and despite explaining my situation, the support team showed zero empathy and eventually just stopped replying to my emails.

Now, with less than 15 days until my exam, I still don’t have access to the videos. I’m willing to pay for one month of access, but they’re demanding payment for over 6 months — time during which I had no access at all.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and support.

Pay over 1k for a service and when you don’t log in they’ll allow you to log in again for 275-550 dollars. When speaking to a representative, she will tell you the services were rendered. It’s not your fault that you didn’t use them. Her analogy was it’s like buying a car and never driving it. You don’t get your money back for that.
So if you think is gonna happen or you’re not set on a date of when you’re going to test, don’t waste your money on this program.
Looking back it’s absurd that I paid over $1000 for a four month program to begin with!

I signed up for TestMaster's FE test preparation course, however I wasn't satisfied with the instruction. Particularly in disciplines like Control Systems, Probabilities, Power Systems, Electronics, Signal Processing, Linear Systems, and Communications, the course material did not match the substance of the actual FE exam.
I had to look for other materials because the training was of poor quality.
I am reluctant to recommend TestMaster as a reliable resource for FE test preparation based on my personal experience. Both the curriculum and the instruction both require significant improvement.

In December, I purchased an ACT in-class review course at a discounted rate. I understand that I had to cancel it before the end of the current SAT class that my son was taking in December. We had every intention of taking the in-class ACT review course so that he could take the actual test this summer before he started applying to colleges until COVID hit. When we realized the severity of this pandemic and it was not getting any better, only worse, we decided to cancel the ACT review course on April 17 and ask for a refund. I emailed Testmasters twice before I received a reply of sorry but we cannot give you a refund. I proceeded to call the establishment on 4/24/2020 and spoke with a young man who said that they would not refund the money even though we are going through a global pandemic. I told him that I did not feel comfortable sending my child into a classroom situation due to COVID exposure and closure of all schools in our area. I also do not feel comfortable sending him to take the actual ACT test this summer due to possible COVID spread and exposure. Also, there were several ACT testing centers that cancelled their test in June. In April, we still were not sure of whether they would continue with their testing schedule anyways. Either way I did not feel comfortable sending my child into a testing situation or classroom situation with COVID spreading at an alarming rate. The young man on the phone told me that I could use the credit to purchase tutoring for subject areas that my son needed help in. I had until December to use these services. At the time, my son had all A’s for his junior year and I did not see the need for tutoring at this time. I did ask if I could “gift “ this ACT review course to a friend and their reply was yes but at full price which does not help me out at all. I am not even sure if I could find someone that would want it but I was trying to be reasonable and work something out. I am very disappointed in Testmasters response to my situation. These are unusual circumstances beyond our control. I am not willing to risk exposure to my son and our family and was hoping that Testmasters would do the reasonable thing by refunding our monies for services that will not be rendered.

Great teachers! The course I took really helped by scores!!

You only get access to the course until the date you sign up for so this is pretty bad value for your money. If you do go with this course make sure you sign up for the latest date they allow you to even if you are taking the LSAT earlier so that you still have access after your test date.

Overall I had access to my course for only 1.5 months just because of when I signed up and the next LSAT date. I'd suggest take the free courses instead.

I recently took a course from this company and the quality was very poor. The videos were of poor quality and had many errors. The customer support was terrible. Beware of using this company for your test preparation. Go somewhere else. Also the guarantee they promise is a lie

My son enrolled in a SAT Chemistry subject test online course. There were several problems with the videos. They would go fuzzy and then just stop all together. There were also several errors of content in the videos. The book that came with the course was filled with mistakes and wrong answers. I tried to contact them several times and they refused to have anyone talk with me over the phone. I emailed them with the problems and they answered some of my emails with questions that did not help solve any of the problems. This is some of the worse customer service error. Beware of using this company unless you want to do worse on your test- content filled with errors and staff too busy and pompous to listen to feedback.

Experienced teachers who know the standardized tests back and forth. Lots of tips and tricks to help increase score.
