As we informed you over email, could you please respond so we can solve this for you by sending a new test? By the way, the onetime lancets only function correctly by pressing it firmly to your finger before releasing the needle.

Rather complex device and the user…
The overall buying and service experience related to the cholesterol self-test device I purchased at Testjezelf.nu is negative. The follow through service, now that the device turns out to be complex, is missing and response time is inadequate. The device itself is rather complex and the user manual describes symbols and values shown on display insufficient. Wasted 4 test strips (out of 10) before only 2 out of 4 cholesterol values were shown. Am therefore not sure if the results can be trusted. Hence for a highly priced device like this (€150) you may expect a lot more. A pity I did not hear from Testjezelf.nu rather than their focus to remove a critical online review.
