You will never get the money on your bank account... a pure scam

I gave half a dozen great UX feedback sessions for them and have received absolutely nothing, after 4 months of trying to claim my incentives. "Glenn" is clearly not a real person and as other reviewers have said, you just get the same answers every time to your support tickets.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I'm shocked that Disneyland was one of the companies I've done UX for on Testapic - they should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such a poor company.

It takes a long while to be able to perform enough tests to be able to actually withdraw the money you earn. I've withdrawn and received the money twice before, but the last time back in February, I never received the payment. I have contacted them probably 10 plus times since and had no response, or if I'm "lucky" I might get a response from "Glenn" who almost certainly isn't a real person and doesn't actually answer your question. Just tells you the payment has been made and will be there later that week. That was in February, it's now July and I've still had no response to my many emails nor received my money.

So don't bother with this company. Use a genuine one that actually has humans you can contact. Not "Glenn". Awful.

I’ve been on market research sites for years and was invited to join Testapic after they were acquired by Uzerzoom, who run the excellent Intellizoom site. Over a period of months I achieved the payout threshold so on 21/3 started the cash out process. It was supposed to be paid within 30 days. After 30 days, nothing. I messaged their support with no answer. I tried again a week later. Finally after two weeks I managed to get a response and was told that my money would be paid ‘very soon’. That didn’t happen, so in the last week I have messaged them three times (as I was invited to do if I didn’t receive the payout) and all three have been ignored. It is now nearly 2 1/2 months since I first tried to withdraw my balance.

This is the first time this has ever happened to me on any study site, as is the total lack of user support. I’m writing this review, therefore, to warn others not to waste their time on Testapic. There is next to no user support and you will very likely never see your earnings. Avoid.

Edit: 3 weeks on, still no response to emails, no money, even though they continue to offer studies. An absolute disgrace of a company.
