I would like to put on record my satisfaction. I tried in several ways to solve a problem with GLS (the worst company in Belgium, it’s worth noting), and I only got a response and a result after filing a complaint with Testachat. I’m very grateful.

Le comparatif sur les fournisseurs télécom est faux, car Si on compare le rapport service offert/prix, c'est Orange qui est en tête avec son start fiber DL à 200mbs et UP à 15mbs pou 45 Eur et son mobile 25Go data à 23 Eur.

Cancellation in December. Still getting mails from Exploitation despite this and many returned mails. Client service non existant as observed by many others. Their legal service/case following is completely useless as observed by many others. Avoid

Excellent advice. This company is the best in Belgium to monitor practices of some companies. I am a member and will recommend to all. Their magazines and articles provide you good / decent advices; they act in case of problems to defend your rights; honestly a very well established company acting for consumers protection in Belgium. For a company that allegedly wants to help customers, it's very difficult to end their subscription to their test santé plan.

Not very user friendly

I have signed in and out of test achat for a good many years now. I always join because I am in need of some legal advice in one way or the other and keep forgetting why I leave again due the total lack of any customer service or follow up on any cases.

In Brief, this time i joined as I had issues with an airline due to Covid.
Form was filled in to file complaint sometime in Sept.
No follow up was done and case closed after 2 months or so, after they had written to me in an automated mail that the case will be closed if I dont contact them, which of course I did on several occasions, but case was closed none the less.
So I opened another case early Dec. After some 30 phone calls to try and get through to someone with 25 failing after 1H in a queue to discuss if the case was at least received from their part, 4 times I was told someone will contact me within a week, once the lady was very apologetic and wrote to test achat her self asking to get in touch with me with me in cc on the mail.
So now im some 10 mails in and hours of waiting in line on the phone, paid more in member ship fees than I am actually trying to claim from the airline. I decided to cancel my previous payments as stated to them in a last mail 2 weeks ago and all ongoing member ship fees.

Its sad as they make them self's so popular around the Belgium market, but handle personal cases they are a complete waste of time. Dont bother!!!
