Have been a customer for years and years. I got removed from the network, 4 times in three weeks. Each time resolved on the chat when I had time. But kicked off again. Removal from the network was not communicated. After about 4 years, they had an issue with my payment method, but they could not communicate that. Saying all that, still cheapest for calling family in the north, so I stuck with it. But will implode if I am kicked off the network again.
Worst company ever very bad reception put restrictions on my phone
Well done to Amber who works on mobile phones section in wilton tescos Cork Amber was so pleasant and helpful well done Amber 👏
Wanted to see if I could switch to Tesco Mobile but they told me only passport and driver licence were accepted as proof of ID. I only have a EU ID card as owning a passport is not compulsory in my country. I contacted the customer service on Facebook and the person was very rude. They openly discriminate against EU citizens and there is nothing regarding not accepting EU ID documents in their terms and conditions
Had a lucky escape, terrible customer service. Signed up for their Black Friday deals got a confirmation email and they charged my card, almost a week later no phone , called to find out why only to be told my order had failed and I hadn’t been charged, I told them I had in fact been charged and had an order confirmation, they said to reorder, I said but the deal has now gone, basically the couldn’t care less , still waiting on the refund, VERY POOR customer service, I’m glad now , would like to be stuck with them for two years under contract
Horrible coverage, can have full bars of service and still have horrible connection or have no service at all in the middle of town or city, leaving abroad is a nightmare aswell and was never able to get it up and working even when I’ve went in to the customer help desk never got it to work. Half the times it doesn’t let me even purchase an add on with the credit I have left and would have to top up or choose one of the worse deals. Have had tesco mobile for a while and have been thinking of switching the whole time but never got to it but it’s really annoying not even able to get service in the town
Arrogant customer "service" who do not acknowledge a cancellation request written by email even though it was communicated within 30 days, as written in the Terms and Conditions. I did actually follow up via Chat as requested, being the obedient consumer that I am, but the cancellation request was not processed there either. Now they flat out deny any wrongdoing and completely contradict their own Terms and Conditions. It resulted in me being charged €650 euro which I should not have been charged. A horror to do business with. 1 star is even generous.
0 Stars for mobile data , no connection at all, even in the city . If you top up 20 EUR, doesn't give you anything extra , same as you top up with 15 EUR, only 5 euro extra on your balance, that can easily be used by using some data or doing a phone call. I hope, to switch to Vodafone sooner or later as Tesco is one of the worst providers, when comes to mobile data
I am a bill pay customer with Tesco Mobile. And find it a fantastic network. i not had a dropped call , cover can be a bit hit and miss. but recently it been full coverage. I find customer service in the store quite friendly and over the phone they are polite very knowledgeable in their job. plus you can take to them and they sort the issue very quickly. all in all a great network for me and worth the price.
Unfortunately not worth switching over.
Signal up and down and data flicking on and off itself
I bought a nr for 15 euro, Top up , went aboard and they cancelled my sim and said they can't do nothing. I have to buy new sim. Waist of time and money. Customer assistance said to me tescomobile has to make money and don't even try to help me.
I got a pay as you go sim yesturday. Intially had issues registering, the call centre was helpful in this. Turned out the app doesnt work for registering new numbers, despite the instructions saying to use the app.
Once registered found out I had no credit depsite buying 15 euro in the shop. Asked Tesco Mobile team on twitter for help, they told me I should have received a voucher in store. When I told them I did not, they told me to go back to the store and then blocked my account.
I now have no access to tesco customer support through messaging (my preffered means of customer support).
Will be returning today to get a refund and leave Tesco Mobile. Overall a colossal waste of time.
Scam company, after over a year I find out that I'm on bill contract how I'm asking customer service they don't care just pay 40 eur for service that did not even use, simply did not want to top up I was away abroad for couple of months!!! They told me you must pay if you want to cancel the contract, be aware
The worse network coverage! One bar of lte in my area and mostly 3g
Tesco mobile please fix your awful network!
I tried to get into my account today, it kept kicking me out saying wrong log in details, I chose the forgotten password . Recieved a message, followed the instructions and once again... your details do not match. SUCKS to with TESCO MOBILE. 🙄
No stars tesco mobile Internet service is so bad I'm changing networks. Would not get star only way to proceed. Its dirt service and its not a day its was weeks. Their offers are a con shame on them
Called today to top up my mams account by debit card as I wasn't having any luck with the 1749 number as I only got an option for top up with voucher. Got speaking to an amazing girl called Sandra who absolutley made our day here I Mayo. Felt like we were talking to someone we knew a lifetime. She was so helpful and informed us about what the best options were for mam and about a new sim card she would need. Got the job done and the laughs were exchanged , all call services should be ran like this one and should look u to Sandra's efforts to go above and beyond for customers. Thanks so much tesco, give her a raise 😁
Great plans, the people in the call centre are the most friendly, helpful call centre workers iv ever experienced. I hope they get the pay they deserve as they are the reason I recommend Tesco mobile.
spoke with chirs in the payments team he dealt with my issue perfectly with the utmost understanding a credit to tesco mobile
Brought a sim and spent 60 Euro on top ups over a 3 week holiday, rarely had any decent coverage in this time. Never again
