The reason I contacted Tesco bank was because I couldn’t resolve the issue with the product supplier. Their reason for not providing a refund was because I didn’t contact the provider even though I phoned them and sent an email which was never answered.

Fraud query
Fraud query. On Saturday 13 July I foolishly fell victim to scammers.Fortunately I realised my stupidity and phoned the bank within minutes of ending my transaction with the scammers,and a block was placed on them further accessing my card. I suggested at the time cancelling my card and aquiring a new one and was advised against this for reasons I do not fully understand. The upshot being when I went to use my card today Wedesday 17th July I too was blocked.
