Tescos Sutton
Tescos Sutton, Oldfield Road. So far so good and the staff have been polite to me. I think they've been in some tough situations by the customers they've seen but I like the quick turn around and I go at odd times so that there's less of a queue. I understand that the long queue at weekends can be frustrating though.
Poor pharmacy and pharmacist Tesco Cardiff road Newport
Tesco pharmacy cardiff road- I went there on severe throat pain and fever, pharmist hesitate to even talk and see me. I was told to call 111 directly. I wanted few antibiotics to manage and cure. I had been suffering from pain and difficult to swallow past one week. I am totally upset and could not tolerate the pain. Poor medical system, very poor pharmacy and pharmacist. I do not understand why they charge IHS and National insurance to provide such worst treatment. I called 111 and waited more than one more but could not connect any one. Can anyone tell me how to complaint about this pharmacy and particular pharmacist who provide improper services.??
Very poor service from the Tesco…
Very poor service from the Tesco pharmacy in Chesterfield. Went to collect an emergency supply of medication sent by 111 , was told I would have to come back in 20 minutes inspite of there being several people including herself working as “only the pharmacist can get on the system “. No apology and quite abrupt .
Refused to take unwanted meds
Refused to take unwanted meds, stating they were full, response to what i supposed to do was 'come back when it's empty^. I then suggested they get a larger receptacle and was told I was rude and refused to serve me . Another worker came gave me meds I was waiting for and advised that there were other pharmacies I can take them to and to take my custom elsewhere in future. Another pharmacy willingly took unwanted meds and explained that pharmacies are given.bags and should have taken them. I promptly swapped to the other pharmacy. I tried to explain I am.disabled, struggle to walk and was ill but there was a distinct lack of empathy and courtesy, very quick to refuse services at Tesco pharmacy.
Tesco pharmacy Stowmarket
Tesco pharmacy Stowmarket.
Very poor. Went in today and asked for an anti fungal cream. When I said it was for a rash the lady burst out laughing! Then was told I'd have to see a doctor, which is rubbish advice because I then visited another pharmacy nearby and was recommended one.
Absolutely shambolic service at…
Absolutely shambolic service at Loughborough Ruahes pharmacy. Lost prescriptions, issuing of wrong meds and staff are unbelievably RUDE. Should be ashamed of themselves. As far as I’m aware they are there to provide a service which comes hand in hand with good customer skills and communications. Whereas this lot, everything is just too much effort. Have changed pharmacy as a result of their ineptitude
Bletchley Pharmacist Reported To Governing Bodies.
I reported the Pharmacist in the Bletchley Tesco today Mr David Njogu Muriuki not only to Tesco headoffice, but also to NHS England as well as the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
I went to pick up a prescription that I personally handed in before christmas, finally today only one person in front of me so I went to collect it to be told by the woman who eventually served me that It was at theb Rainbow chemist. She clearly had no idea what she was talking about It, the one with the short dyed white hair, so I spoke to the pharmasist who clearly wasn't interested in assisting and just repeated what this woman had said. I was looking everywhere in front for the name of the pharmacist every pharmacy has the name clearly written in view, not this place nowhere in sight so I asked the second woman who eventually said it was on the left. It still took me another 5 minutes to look down low enough, to the left side wall next to the pharmacy to loacate where his name is written.
I just told him as your not giving me my medicine, and you have also not given me my prescription back as requested to go to a different chemist, where they know where patients medicine actually is I'll be complaining.

Had a red eye yesterday which I think was caused by cyst on the lower lid and asked to see the Pharmacist. The assistant told me to see an Optician as the Pharmacist couldn't do anything for me getting a second assistant to inform me he could treat dry eyes but nothing else. Pharmacist first did not work for me at all!
Tesco Loudwater High Wycombe
Tesco Loudwater High Wycombe, pharmacy refused an emergency prescription from 111 and barred me because I said they were wrong.
Tescos Potters Bar Sunday 2.30pm Horrid
Tescos Potters Bar Sunday 2.30pm. Visited the store while visiting a family member who lives in the area. Was frankly disgusted with the content of fresh fruit and vetables. To many empty shelves and what was there ie: Bananas, grapes etc was not fit to buy already looked expired. The aisle are disjointed ie: same items in different aisles for no apparent reason. Will never attend this Tescos again and will recommend to family members to move.
Don't go here!
Don't go here!
Unless you absolutely have to.
I only ended up here because everywhere else was shut.
It's the ONLY good reason to be here
Pharmacy sold a massively overpriced…
Pharmacy sold a massively overpriced private prescription ( not done before so no idea about cost). When we tried to return they refused. Item totally sealed/unopened.
Absolute appalling. Total profiteering.
Expecting usual sort of prescription price but talking just short of £40 for some toothpaste!!!
Arrogant staff and inflexible
This is about the fifth time over the last year that a prescription item has not been in stock. I told them that I was quite happy to wait a few days until it came in stock. This was not permissible since no idea when it will be back in stock. Interestingly each time I then go to check with Boots and they tell me the exact day it will be in stock- usually between one and four days. They are quite happy to order it and inform me when it arrives at their pharmacy. Needless to say I have now changed my pharmacy to Boots.
Tesco pharmacy Gloucester AVOID
Tesco pharmacy Gloucester. AVOID. Rude and incompetent staff who dislike being questioned about something they've just said that was totally wrong. Pharmacists arrive late, well after opening times, so nothing can be collected and then there's a long wait because a queue has formed while the pharmacist was not there. Messages that items are ready when they are not. Staff who appear to think that you have nothing better to do than keep going back to Tesco to pick up a prescription that they haven't got ready, although they've sent a text to say that it's all ready for collection. Dreadful. They really don't care. Tesco needs to review this service. I've now changed my pharmacy, along with a few other people I know who have had equally stressful experiences with this incompetent and uncaring pharmacy.
Tesco pharmacy
Tesco pharmacy, absolutely useless. 20 minutes queuing, then 30 minutes wait for a prescription sent through the day before. Appalling service

If I could give a lower stars I would
TESCO HIGHWOODS COLCHESTER PHARMACY If I could give a lower stars I would. 1 is too many for this abomination of a pharmacy. No way to contact by phone. Staff member was blunt and really CBA. 20 mins to queue to be told come back in 40 mins and then had to wait a further 25 mins. All for some antibiotics prescribed whilst im suffering from a really bad ear infection , headache nausea but had to wait!! No empathy .
