hateful person and questionable business

hateful person, questionable business practices. This individual came up to our house to give advice on landscaping at the request of his friend a builder then after disappearing for some time, wrote to the Disputes Tribunal for his friend who was trying to coerce us to pay a bill for something we didn't ask him to do. This is someone to avoid at all costs. I'll post the letter if I can so you can see for yourself why to avoid Peter.
