There was great communication and they did an amazing job on my art

I didn't have crazy high expectations as this was my first time working with this team, but their work exceeded anything I could have possibly thought of. Excellent communication, beautiful artwork (I cannot wait for all my fans AND haters to see it), and they work so fast! 1000/10 recommend. I'm very impressed.

This is the first time doing advertisement on a Kiosk. So I'm excited to see the turn out for when my business is advertised. The people from Terraboost are very nice, professional and informative.

I continue to give feedback but the changes I was requesting we're not being made. This process took several weeks when it should have taken a few days.

This company has been great! The service has been hands on walking me through each phase of the development. My add marketer nailed my kiosk on the first go. I’m excitedly awaiting to see it in the store. I’ve showed it to my Facebook community and they were amazed. Thank you Terraboost for your overall excellence in providing me the best service.

The Service is great

I signed up with Terraboost for a single kiosk at $350/month after working with the sales team to select a location. Shortly after, I was contacted again about a better location at a lower cost. I made it very clear, both verbally and via text, that I only wanted one location and that the original kiosk should be canceled if we proceeded with the second.

Instead of honoring that agreement or clarifying any limitations, I was bounced between sales and my "customer support" representative. I was told that changes would need to be reviewed — and then heard nothing back despite repeated follow-ups. Sales later assured me again they'd provide an update by the end of the week. That never happened either.

Now I have two active kiosks, something I never agreed to or budgeted for. There is no clear escalation path or accountability once you're handed off to "support." I've now paid $600/month instead of the $350 originally discussed, more than doubling my planned investment for something I didn’t want.

The only positive part of this experience was the Art Team, who delivered a great design and were professional and responsive. Unfortunately, their good work is completely overshadowed by poor internal communication, a lack of follow-through, and a sales process that over-promised and under-delivered.

I've formally notified them that I will not renew beyond the 6-month term, and I will not be recommending Terraboost to others.

It has been over a month, and my booth is still not up, and I have already paid $800
