It was easy to work with Terraboost Media's team to find, select, and create grocery store kiosks for our brand campaign. Our account manager helped us select the right locations, and the creative services team executed our vision flawlessly. We are excited to see the impact in our local communities.

They sold me an ad for the local grocery store. The Ad didn't go up when it was promised. Then the removed the ad and replaced with another company. Collected 12 full months of money from me but did NOT proved the promised ad. I will be taking them to court!

The process to design the artwork for our advertisement has been very easy! The customer service has been great as they are constantly in communication to make sure that everyone is on the same page as well as to make sure the design is exactly as we want it to be. We can't wait to see the final product and share it with our community!

We first signed up for a Terraboost campaign at our local Safeway back in 2020, and the first year was great. The display was consistently up, the process was smooth, and we were very happy with the exposure our business received.

Unfortunately, things changed during 2024-2025. We experienced repeated issues with our campaign not being displayed or being moved. Despite numerous reports, the problems were never fully resolved, and we eventually decided to cancel.

About a year later, I spoke with our sales representative, Mitch Weinstein, and shared my concerns about the reliability of the program. He reassured me that Terraboost had improved its processes and that these issues had been addressed. Based on that conversation, we signed up again in December 2025.

Now, six months later (June 2026), we've only had the digital portion of the campaign running. The physical advertising panel that was supposed to be installed on the bottom of the kiosk has never been installed at all. In addition, there have been many occasions where the digital display itself was turned off and not displaying our advertisement.

Since this is the Safeway where I regularly shop, I personally see these issues firsthand. I have sent multiple photos to Brandon Neumann, our Client Success Manager, every time I notice a problem. Brandon has always been courteous and responsive, usually letting me know he would look into it, but I have never received a clear follow-up or permanent resolution. The digital display may get turned back on, but eventually it ends up off again.

I really want this program to work because I think it's a great local advertising concept, and our initial experience proved that it can be effective. However, the lack of consistency, the fact that half of our campaign has never even been installed, and the limited follow-through have been very disappointing. I also left a voicemail for Mitch regarding these ongoing concerns and have not received a return call.

The concept itself is excellent, and when everything is working properly, it provides great local exposure. I simply hope the company can improve its execution and communication so that the service matches the product they are selling.

Overall the process was good. We liked the art rendering, but it took a while to get specifics right.

Brianna was kind and so helpful in helping me get everything set up! She went above and beyond for me! All I needed to provide was my art and logos and Terraboost took care of the rest!
