Firstly I had ordered their surprise box but had ordered as a size small. When it arrived I opened it and before realizing that all garments were size small, I found all the garments to be excellent. I had 2 T shirts, a jacket, a hat and a pair of shorts. I sent a reply email to Tentree saying I had ordered the wrong size and they allowed me to return everything free.
I then ordered a second box in my proper size and was even more pleased with what was inside: a flannel shirt, hat, shorts, pants and long sleeve ribbed T shirt.
The quality is excellent as usual.

I received a beautiful tentree wool sweater for Christmas from my husband. Unfortunately it had a defect - and I sought out customer service for a remedy. They were quick to respond and guided me through the process to fix my issue. Wow- incredible service from Isabelle and the outcome was more than I ever expected!!

Wow! I’m a new loyal customer and you should be too! I purchased a Beatty Moone bag for an upcoming trip. After getting a delivery notification, but no package, I contacted Tentree Customer Care for some direction. After some real-life Sherlock Holmes investigating with USPS, it was discovered that my package was incorrectly delivered by USPS to someone else on my street, who chose to keep it and not forward it. When I reached out to Tentree Customer Care to update, Isabella surprised me and sent a replacement bag free of charge! Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! Love the product quality and what your company stands for!

I find Tentree support and customer service to be exceptional. Whenever I have reached out, you have all done a wonderful job of responding and following up. In this day and age, this kind of customer service is so encouraging to see. Your products are great, as is your service model and efforts to plant trees - and of course, that you are a Canadian company. This has all made me a committed customer.
Don’t trust. Never received my order and all I receive is delay…then contact, my email only. 2-5 days to respond, but they never do.

So I ordered from tentree for Christmas. Received my package and had an item missing. I emailed and let them know that I was missing an item. A few days later Leah with customer service for tentree got in touch to help me get a replacement. She was wonderful and helped me replace my item with a different one, since my original was out of stock. No push back and no "oh well not our problem" like I just dealt with from pact. Been a lot of online order issues after black Friday, so grateful things have gone smoothly and been rectified so quickly with tentree. I will update again once I receive my new item.
Customer Care helped me cancel and reorder my purchase with great ease despite it being over day since processing. 10/10 especially during the busing holiday season!
I wrote an email to customer support explaining a Christmas dilemma I had. To be honest I wasn’t sure I would receive a response from anyone at Tentree. To my surprise I did receive an answer almost immediately and was met with nothing but kindness and amazing assistance.

My Tentree hoodies are the most comfortable things I own. And, according to my feral toddler, they're also the most delicious? I was mildly alarmed to discover he had eaten 2 of my cork pull tabs, and not because they were bad for him (probably some of the more nutritious things he's eating lately tbh).
I contacted support, hoping I'd be able to buy replacement tabs, and they just threw some in an envelope for me! Now I can walk around with slightly less evidence that my offspring is essentially a wild animal with good taste in (for?) clothing.
