Used you in my motorsports days and the tensators I bought back in 1990 still work and look great today. So when I was asked about mobile barriers there was only one company for me. Ordered at 230 pm arrived next day. Nothing more to say 10/10.

After a packing error I called Zoe who has wonderfully helpful. She did her utmost to make sure I got next day delivery, was true to her weird when she said she'd investigate and call me back and thanks to her our barriers were operational for our busy event saving a huge amount of faff . Brilliant service !

Karen and her team, designed and implemented crowd control measuring tools and equipment, to UKs seventh busiest station, Stratford train station London.
We were impressed, with their regular progress updates, delivery and installation, and the aftercare service. As a new customer, we were unsure what to expect, but were extremely satisfied with the final product. We recommend tensator as a company that deliver on their word. We will use again.

The product was advertised as including…
The product was advertised as including VAT and that is fine. There was a shipping fee of c.€40 by FedEx. When the invoice was sent the VAT and the Shipping Fee were all included as the Shipping Fee with no sign of the VAT paid. As I have an Irish VAT Number either I should not have been charged the VAT or it should have been listed on the invoice so that it could be claimed from Revenue.
