Great visit, lovely, clean, & fun. Good food. Only downside was paying 50p per dip for food.

It was absolutely red hot inside air con only turned on as we left also I was unable to eat my hot dog as onions and mustard put on it without asking. No sauces with food was 50p for a tiny packet could walk down to Sainsbury’s and buy a full bottle for £1

The booking process online was good and quick, ques were a bit long as not many staff on. Food was ok for price, would have liked few more machines for younger end, maybe 2p ones etc. All in all nice visit kids enjoyed and didnt break the bank 😀

2026 and no milk alternative
I was disappointed that it's 2026 and I couldn't order a coffee with a soya milk🙈
It was also very very hot, humid, no air con at all, everyone was complaining.
The whole place, game was ok🙂we will come back

Really enjoyed the escape room the guy was great energy and really helpful this was Tuesday 25th 7pm booking to help identify the employee who made the experience great, staff were all polite and Very helpful.

Staff needs to be more attentive
Staff needs to be more attentive, waited 10 mins to check in, staff member ignored us and another couple in front of us while he was faffing around in the cupboards !
Our lanes broke down twice, we eventually got moved to another lane.
The place was clean, tidy and bright.

Fantastic first visit with grandkids

Nice new facility but highly expensive
The ten pin bowling was fantastic, we took my grandchildren it was expensive for one game but the kids enjoyed it they also played some of the arcade games too.
We looked at doing an escape room but would have been over £120 pounds for a 60min room highly expensive especially in this cost of living crisis i would have thought keeping prices reasonable would encourage more people to use this.
I dont think we will be back at these prices

Overall a good visit, staff helpful and polite. Really strange that you are "forced" to sign a waiver saying a member of staff has gone through the rules (laser tag) before you go in and have the rules explained. This seems back to front and the staff say they have no discretion when I raised it

This was our first visit to the Wakefield bowling alley. It was way too warm, the aircon did not seem to be working. I personally do not like the bowling area. I like to have my own kind of booth. Yes I would go again. But my first choice would be your Dewsbury site. It just seems far nicer

Nice but too hot!
Really nice in there, although expensive! Lanes were quite short, but everything is nice and new. Seating areas for the lanes are quite small so it does feel like you’re very close to the people either side of you. It was also far too warm.
