Long waiting
It took 10 mins to get 2 Cocktails, and it looked like 2 people were making the cocktail, not sure why it should take 10 minutes. Which then tasted like they barely had any alcohol in it

The clerk sold us tickets at a higher price claiming there was no student discount and on thewebsite when we coukd book it for the same time it was around £5 cheaper. The clerk also forgot to add bowlers and all interactions with him were truly horrible

Birthday Pizza was not satisfactory
Pizza given as birthday food was not that good, instead they could have a given a good pizza with a slice each player.

Fun, a little over priced
The bowling was fun and staff were friendly although the drinks we ordered on the app didn't come and we had to go to bar to get them, not sure if they were paying attention to the online tickets, but it could've been a one off. I would say bowling a little overpriced for 2 games and there were a lot of teenagers hanging around after 5pm, apart from that was okay!

Great host and excellent easy package
Everything was very easy, the online booking was super clear and it felt like a great package for a party. So convenient for parents and party goers.
Our host was amazing, she was on top of everything and made sure we had what we needed, and that we were aware of the time and what was coming up. Super host.

Easy booking and payment online also good transport links for older people.
Great staff attitude and very friendly.
Coffee a bit expensive but reasonable quality.
This an age thing probably but the noise of the games machines was overwhelming.
