Well organised
Well organised, clean and everyone had a great time . Kids enjoyed being able to have pic of self when their turn . As always in places like this food , drink and snacks dear. Paying by card is so slow.Didnt buy much therefore still 5 star . Would return and recommend.

Don’t arrive early as requested!
Great fun with friends and family. Only thing ……we booked a slot for 2pm, we were asked to arrive 15mins before, which we did, got to the counter only to be told we were too early. We had to rejoin an extensively long queue! Why arrive early??

Overall a good experience
Bowling was really fun, easy to use the touch screen to control the settings and the place was tidy with employees clearing away glasses once empty. However, could do with more of a variety of bowling balls weights per lane as we had 5 of the same heavy weight.
The arcade had a variety of games however, a few were broken and we didn’t receive our coins back after they were reported and fixed.

Got onto our lane at time booked
Got onto our lane at time booked, really easy to set up names etc and kids loved being able to take photos. Enjoyed the game. Staff were lovely, especially helping my son to use his bank card for first time. Snacks are a tad overpriced but think we have all come to accept that. Overall great experience.

Was absolutely beautiful. I frequently go to the Tenpin at Fountain Park Edinburgh but my first time at Tenpin, Braehead was absolutely nice. Wonderful experience. Made a lot of videos playing pool and even got to play with strangers. A place I’ll go again and again and again.

Meals did not come out to couple of minutes before game finished, also asked for sauce for kids dinner and was told some1 would bring to us and didn’t!

The group on before us were running…
The group on before us were running late and this meant we were delayed in getting started. with a group of over 40 this was not idea. We also felt drinks were very expensive. Staff did what they could but it was just not ideal. Given we had booked in advance for 8pm I would have expected to be on the lanes for 8pm.
