Although me and my son had a great time, I felt the hygiene was very nice,
All the bowling balls seemed to be very sticky, even whee you have to.lcate your fingers, this put me and my son off from eating our food due to germs.
If you could put some sort of disposable wipes on each ally this would help, and insure hands are cleaned while eating food.

When we went to the lane there were only 3 bowling balls available they were all very heavy and me and my daughter couldn't even lift them and my daughter got upset.All the other lanes in use so couldn't take from them. I called for help and waited for 20 minutes but noone came i went to look for member of staff he kindly agreed to get me some but I had to wait another 15 mins. Seems to be some staffing issues.

Really good value with the 6-week holiday meal and game deal! We got a burger and fries along with a game of bowling, which made for a really affordable day out. The burger was decent for the price and the food was better than expected. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something fun and reasonably priced during the school holidays! Staff were really lovely and friendly too!

Food not the best hard buns and burgers were like rubber the arcade never gave the kids the tickets they won when told staff about the problem they never came to sort it so gave up

The service received didn’t match the purpose of the booking
We booked online as a team specifically so we could compete against each other. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for lanes to become available, and when lanes were eventually assigned, our group was split across lanes that were far apart. This defeated the purpose of our booking, as we were unable to compete together as planned. We were disappointed that the booking could not be accommodated in a way that allowed our group to enjoy the experience we had booked

Olivia was very professional and helpful with a very empathetic demeanor, as we had two SEN children. The facilities were good and the food was good. My wife claimed that the onion rings were the best she had ever had. The kids enjoyed their nuggets and burger. They thought the pizza was exceptional.
