They have not delivered my bed, ordered 5 weeks ago, neither have they refunded me my money.
This lot are a sham. Tried to deliver my bed at 2200, 2400 and 0200, time slipping continuously until I said enough was enough.
Driver returned the goods and they still could not offer me a decent timeslot for redelivery so I cancelled the order.
They took the money instantly but five weeks later, multiple WhatsApps later and several emails later these fraudsters have not returned my money - £179.
Avoid them like the plague.
I have had to open a sch75 fraud claim with my cc provider.

Where is the bed i never got it after staying in all day

Worst customer service I've had. Was expecting the bed to be delivered Monday. Heard nothing and my messages were ignored. Messaged again on Tuesday and was given a "lemme check" but nothing after so I sent a chase message. After this I was told to be patient and the delivery team would give me a time slot. Still nothing. I'm not sure what they were "checking" as I was given no update. All Customer Service is through WhatsApp and every time I called no one answered.
Bed arrived Wednesday, The delivery guy was nice. The bed however had no indictayion of where the headboards go, and haven't been able to find the holes to fit this.

I bought a bed with mattress for £180. Good quality, comfortable mattress and delivered on time. Great service thank you

I ordered my new bed on Sunday afternoon and it got delivered on Wednesday night. Such a lovely bed and so good for the price! Would definitely recommend. Great customer service too!

I ordered on the Tuesday and they were able to deliver same day but I had work. The bed was delivered the next day within the expected time frame. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Exceptional service! We ordered the bed at 2pm and it was delivered by 10pm the same day. Brilliant customer service. Easy to communicate. Great delivery with friendly guy who put the bed together with us. Also went above and beyond with an upgrade on the mattress. We couldn't recommend this company highly enough. A family friendly vibe and a personal service. Just superb!

Ordered a small double ottoman bed with mattress on Saturday and was amazed it arrived the very same day. Delivery was right on time, and assembly was really straightforward. The product itself is exactly as described — great quality. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Highly recommend!
