Very bad service

Very bad service, when I saw the face I said I understood that these are visiting people and said that you are drunk. As a rule, we have it for sober people. At the same time, I was normal sober and went in specifically for interest. Probably it is purely for their people.

So I made the purchase for two items

So I made the purchase for two items. One was cancelled and refunded with no explanation. I reached out 4 times to customer support and never got a reason. It went back to the site the item was in stock so it was a little annoying that it was cancelled with no real reason. Or if it was a reason customer support doesn't care. Ways to improve? Communicate with your customers.

Not what I ordered!!!

The product I received was not what was ordered. The product I received was a 10 function with no base, according to the item listing it was to have 12 functions and a base to charge. The item I received cost significantly less than the item I had read the description for and ordered!!!
