Dave and Monty were great to work with in finding our perfect BBQ. From the moment I walked in to completing the sale, was a seamless and effortless process. Great service, great team, great selection! Teletime never disappoints with whatever we need!

I had an excellent experience with Teletime. From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. Their selection of appliances, electronics, and furniture was impressive, and the prices were better than anywhere else I looked.

What really stood out was the customer service. The sales team made sure I understood all my options, and there was no pressure to upsell. Delivery was smooth, on time, and professional. The team handled everything with care and made the entire process stress-free.

I would highly recommend Teletime to anyone looking for great deals and reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

I purchased a refrigerator from Mr Ahmed at the Brampton Mountainash Store and Mr Ahmed was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot with the price I had in mind and specifications. I had previously bought a TV from this store and Mr Ahmed. Item arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I could not be happier and I will shop at Teletime Mountainash store again for all my appliances which I plan to upgrade !!

Bought Washer dryer got good deal and delivery came on time.

I am not sure how many appliances I have bought from Teletime in the last twenty years. The list includes dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, clothes washer, dryer and microwave. I bought appliances for myself and for other family members. Several items died over the years, and replacements were also bought from Teletime. The latest was an electric dryer.

Pricing has always been competitive and my in-store experience was consistently excellent. It is not that good anymore: delivery was always free, but now there is a charge included on the invoice. I was told this just started last month (January, 2024). I paid the full invoice amount before I left the store.

Two days later delivery was due, but by late afternoon nothing had come so I called the store and was told the dryer was not in stock and had to be ordered from a supplier and would not be available for another two days... ...but no one had informed me of this. We have a baby and small children and our old dryer had failed, so getting the new dryer was VERY important to us.

Then the worst part came:
The delivery service people for whom I always had compliments are now dacoits. They actually demanded cash before they even brought the appliance to the door!

Instead of feeling happy about receiving the item their boorish, low class, behaviour is intimidating and makes you feel nervous or unsure about even allowing them into your home.

Complaints to their 800 line get you nowhere.

After twenty years, and many purchases, this is the end for me.

Hopefully this review will be a wake-up call for Teletime as literally every competitor not only has competitive pricing for identical products, but they provide MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, better service.

I purchased JennAir appliances from Teletime 1770 Albion Store two weeks ago. I got all of my appliances delivered on time sales person param service was just up to the mark. Prices was really very good. I got my appliances installation done from them only that was also very good with reasonable price.

Last week I buyed a bundle of appliances from Teletime (1770 Albion Location Store) did my Deal with the Sales person named Mr.PARAM just got an extraordinary service from him and prices was just unbeatable as compared to the market. The another best thing is that i got the delivery as on the promised date. really happy with the service fully satisfied and highly recommended to everyone.Must Visit for the best service and best Prices will give 5out of 5 stars. :)

Bought a fridge from them, the price was good. When it was delivered it didn't fit, so I sent it back. Told the sales person I was going to home depot for a fridge I liked. The sales person at Teletime said I would get the same fridge from home depot for the same price $2500.Same price I paid for the first fridge I bought and sent back. So 2 days later, a new fridge came. It fit...but...when I got the bill, it was $250 more. When I asked why, he said the fridge costs more. When I asked why he didn't tell us before shipping, he said he spoke to a family member about the price that had nothing to do with the purchase. I said he should have told us prior to shipping. Kept telling me to look up the model, its more expensive. When I tried to explain, regardless of the price listed, he said it would be $2500, same as home depot...this went back and forth. Speaking to this sales person was like speaking to a brick wall. Buyer beware of this company...they will promise you everything and deliver nothing

Teletime has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered a Samsung frame TV. Delivery was promised to me on April 15. That date came and went with no delivery and no notification that it would be delayed. I called to reschedule delivery for April 23, 6-9pm. That time also came and went with no delivery and no one calling me to notify me that it would be delayed. I have now spoken to approximately 10 different people from Teletime and no one will take responsibility for this issue or ensure it is handled. I will avoid purchasing anything from Teletime ever again. They are simply awful.

Prices are comparable to other big box stores, I dealt with the Mountainash location in Brampton. Post purchase Delivery and Installation people are not reliable.
They never showed up at multiple scheduled times. Had to physically go to the store to get answers because my calls were not being returned. Paid for installation and half the job was done. Would not recommend

They care about their customers, I Purchased the 85' Sony Smart Tv last month from the Wolfedale Mississauga location. My TV was delivered and installed within a week which was perfect, I didn't think it would come in that quick & the in-store service was great and the staff was not too pushy and they were knowledgeable of all their products! Good job Teletime!

I had been in the market researching where to buy a new: washer/dryer, tv, and fridge for my new home renovation and I decided to put my trust into Teletime. I had a great experience and I felt like I was taken good care of. The team at Teletime was different than other big box stores like best buy and other competitors because they truly cared for me and my customer experience. In total I saved thousands of dollars going with Teletime. These guys work honestly, effectively, and efficiently. I'll be returning for sure! Thank you once again for the help! Delivery and Installation was seamless.

Great customer service. Nothing but a pleasure to order from them. Always give them a call or visit their showroom to get the best deals. Montie was able to work out something for me. I ordered a new fridge (which was out of stock in most of the big box stores) and not only did they have it in stock but they were able to deliver in a few days. I got constant updates on the day of delivery as well which was much appreciated. I will be ordering from them again!

Ordered and pay Samsung TV Frame QN65LS03BAFXZC and Bazel VG-SCFA65TKBZA on April 22nd, 2022 with delivery on May 21st, 2022.
TV came after 3 phone calls 2 months later. No bazel.
Called 3 times every time got answer it is on back order, it will come in 3 week, last call it will come in August 26th. It is still not here. Calling manager in Mississauga. He doesn't let me to talk, he is fast talker. They never got this item from manufacture. Teletime.ca web page shows that item is in stock and ready to ship.

Ordered a TV for a pretty good price on 4th of August. On the 10th of August they tell me they did not receive an order, but they did manage to take the security deposit off my card right away. They told me they wouldn't sell the TV for the price I ordered it for. Don't do business with these clowns.

I should have done this last year itself but better late than never. Bought 5 new appliances from Teletime Stouffville Location. Greeted by Mr. Syed Hasan, he provided us with the complete details of various brands and their Pros & Cons, as such I was buying it for my new house, not only Syed recommendation was good, the price he quoted us was unmatched by any of the big box or small stores. Very happy with the purchase. Went back aging this year as was looking for 85inch Sony TV for the house, without any hesitation Mr. Syed arranged the TV model I was looking for & beat the lowest price I was offered at other stores.
Once again I am very thankful to Syed for his warm & kind nature to deal with and his delivery team for making my experience with Teletime a very joyful & Pleasant.

Excellent service .Truly 5 star with very reasonably priced electronics and furniture.Would recommend this place to anyone looking for their electronics needs . Staff is extremely nice and professional.

I have ordered all appliances (Fridge, Stove, dishwasher, Hood, washer, dryer, microwave); And this is probably the worst decision to purchase from Teletime.

I purchased this from Brampton store ; I have to make around 40-50 calls to get the appliance delivered which was promised to be delivered by 4-6 weeks. Microwave is still pending delivery after 4 months of order

Very bad post sale service

I bought a couple of TVs and appliances from TELETIME and I was impressed with their excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of all the products, I compared the prices to other competitors and TELETIME’s were lowest and had way better service . I was recommended by people who also had similar experiences with TELETIME. Very pleased with my purchases, will be returning.
