This is the worst company to ever book…
This is the worst company to ever book a holiday with. I booked in June 2026 and I have had to call in everyday since to sort out mistakes they have made in regards to my booking. They can’t speak fluent English and cannot get passenger information correct, they put their own company emails on bookings where they are supposed to put passenger email therefore passengers cannot receive any updates regarding their booking, they have also sent another clients booking details to me, they put you on hold for large periods of time and then say they will call you back but they never do, when they put you through to an advisor in the UK they are also miserable and try to put the phone down as soon as they can so they don’t have to deal with the issue. Customer support never reply to any emails. They do not take accountability for anything. Never booking with this company ever again!!!!!

phoned in after seeing an advert
phoned in after seeing an advert. price over the phone was significantly more expensive. They booked us on easy jet going out and sun alliance going back not notifying us that the sun alliance baggage allowance was drastically less than easy jet. tried to call back and was just passed from one person to another and told to call back a day later. one day later. this meant we weren't able to cancel. we found out later that on the beach did the same holiday for much cheaper. Teletext Hols operate much like a scam call centre now :(

Rang up teletext to book our first holiday with the kids! They was really helpful and assisted in all the add ons we needed, very informative. Didn’t leave us guessing and made sure we understood everything before the holiday was booked.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TELETEXT! Scammers!
I am posting this review to highlight severe misrepresentation, deceptive sales tactics, and complete abandonment by Teletext Holidays during a £6,000 family holiday to Egypt with three young children.
Deceptive Sales & Pricing Tricks
The process started with aggressive cold calls from a representative who became exceedingly rude when asked to stop calling. When we agreed to book, we were given high-pressure lines like "We’ve just had a cancellation, book now!" only for the agreed price to suddenly increase at payment. Furthermore, despite paying for two Superior Rooms, the booking confirmation arrived showing one room had been downgraded to a Standard.
Left Stranded & Out of Pocket
Upon arriving late at night in Egypt, the hotel informed us that Teletext had only booked one single room instead of the two we paid for. We were left abandoned in the lobby for 4 hours with three exhausted young children, receiving zero response from Teletext. To get off the lobby floor, the hotel forced us to pay an extra £1,000 out-of-pocket for a cramped family room with 3 beds jammed together for a family of 5.
Unsafe Transfers
The "complimentary" transfer was appalling. The minibus was unsanitary, reeked of stale cigarettes, and the driver was texting on his phone while driving erratically the entire journey, severely compromising our safety.
Zero Accountability
Teletext is fully aware of all of this. We have supplied them with full email, photo, and video evidence verifying every single claim. Unsurprisingly, they have ignored all correspondence and failed to respond.
We are now taking formal action and submitting a complaint to the ATOL travel board. Do not trust the prices they quote, and do not risk your money or family's safety with this company

Max was very patient guy
Max was very patient guy, we had mutiple holiday options for him to look at and even come up with more hotels as we went along but all through the process he remained calm, patient, professional and really listened to what we wanted in our holiday.

We booked a holiday through teletext…
We booked a holiday through teletext this morning. He was very pushy to pay there and then and get it booked while he’s done such a great deal he kept saying. Repeatedly he said if you book now I will add this in your booking for you. I felt like it was legit as I had used the website for a qoute and gave them that reference number. After paying and booking for it. I had emails from the flight companies which one of those flights was to a different airport on the way home. So I rang instantly back and then they argued with me saying I said it was ok to go back to that airport. They were very rude. I phoned a few times to try and get atleast someone to understand that I needed to return back to the same airport. This still hasn’t been resolved and it’s stressed me out that much I don’t even look forward to the holiday I was so excited to go on. So rude. Please AVOID!!!!!!
