Good Pizza, Slow Service
The pizza was good but it took very long for it to arrive, we were waiting for 30 minutes before our order came out. But it was good

I love the taste of telepizza, i would say, its convienient and quick delivery
Really dumb of them to take out the telepicoin sistem. I will never buy telepizza again hope they go bankrupt with this measure. No reason to keep ordering this overpriced pizza, getting one for free after 11 orders would certainly be profitable for them but well i guess they just dumb. Now ill just order from domino's. Congratulations telepizza
Overpriced (~20€ for a pizza? Seriously?).
Deceiving (peperoni pizza is virtually unrecognizable, has ~10% of the peperoni shown in the ads).
Pizzahut.com addresses/links are hijacked to open their app (seriously?).
Fake sales. 2 for 1 on Black Friday when they do 3 for 1 weekly. "Special anniversary" 3 for 1 for €8.33/pizza when it's usually 3 for 1 for €7.33/pizza.
Deliveries are slow (1+ hour) and not free (anymore).
App is buggy, some discounts don't work (must call) and must re-enter address whenever you order). Spam calls you at dinner time and on weekends without properly identifying themselves saying they don't understand this complaint, then says they can't do anything about it because that's how the developer programmed it and they'll just register it as feedback.
In Portimão with more than 20mts before closure we got refused saying they couldn't deliver, the website we tried to use doesn't have the street names there or the database is old
