I do not recommend this service.
The product allows a normal end-user workflow that puts the account into an unrecoverable state, after which the UI exposes raw internal database errors (SQLAlchemy / foreign key violation). There is no user-level way to recover from this state without direct backend intervention by support.
This is not disclosed prior to purchase.
When I contacted support, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that this behavior is “built intentionally” and that I should have read documentation to avoid breaking the system. In other words: the product allows you to break it, and then blames you for doing so.
Support communication was dismissive and confrontational (comments like “we can see how many times you contacted support”), and my refund request was denied despite being within the refund period.
Key issues:
• Product enters a blocking state during normal usage
• Internal database errors shown to end users
• No self-service recovery, requires backend support
• Refund policy is used as a gatekeeping tool
• Support tone is unprofessional and defensive
This feels less like a finished SaaS product and more like a developer tool sold to non-technical users.
