I Hope your service is better than your hiring team.
Made me take a annual leave for a scheduled interview, travelled over an hour to get to the destination. Arrived at site only to be told the hiring manager was on leave.
was promised a call back but Had no calls to apologies.
Really disappointed in Telcom, Vacancy no longer available. i had taken my time and effort to attend including expenses for the commute.

Fast, reliable and professional
I've been a Telcom Black Fibre customer for eight months, having moved from Hyperoptic. In that time, I've been extremely impressed with the consistently reliable speeds, strong connection, and straightforward billing. Router installation was quick and seamless, and I am happy to report that I've never had such professional, upfront customer service from a broadband provider before. Much appreciated.
