Fabulous, clarity on word counts
Everything was great. However, some of the word limits need to be more clear. They’d say “600 word max”, I’d do an assignment at 430 words and get feedback that I needed to hit the word count. That’s not clear what to do directions. It should maybe have a range of words with a minimum and maximum OR tutors should be told that if the student follows all the other directions in fewer words, it should be a pass. Having to extend a finished assignment made me want to use AI.

Well-organized course
My experience with the TEFL course was very positive. The content was clear, practical and easy to follow, which made learning enjoyable and manageable. TEFL is very organized

An absolutely fantastic experience…
An absolutely fantastic experience during the 120 hr Premier Course, 40 hr Exam Prep Course, 30 hr Teaching Young Learners Course and 10 hr Teaching Neurodiverse Students Course. Feedback by my Tutor was always comprehensive, course notes were detailed and relevant, quizzes thoroughly prepared me for end of unit assignments. All in all a very positive experience!

Some of the things the reviewer said made no sense because they are not checking their own grammar and spelling mistakes. If you are a reviewer, please make sure you are spelling correctly. In addition, on some assignments, we given a word limit. The reviewer asked me to explain things in more depth than I already had, which made me go over the limit several times. They provide their email and then do not respond if you ask for clarification via email. Lastly, the reviewer does not review within 48 hours. It is more like with 72 hours.

A good course to give a TEFL grounding.
The 120 hour course is well planned and gives lots of information. I have taught EFL in the past and this course, apart from giving me a certificate has given me a few new ideas for my classes. All in all recommended.
My only gripes would be that on occasions the tutor feedback seemed a bit 'remote', that is, it didn't seem to completely reflect my assignment.

I found the course very comprehensive…
I found the course very comprehensive and easy to follow online . The course content was excellent and the support second to none. I also thought the feedback from the tutor , Thomas Kerr was great and I learnt a lot about how to run a class. All in all I didn’t think I could have gotten so much out of the course . I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone wanting to teach English to non English speakers

Absolutely hopeless website. It's badly designed, has forms that are impossisble to fill out, has a lack of accessibility that I have rarely seen on other sites, and worst of all, a lack of up-to-date information and genuine job offers.

Fun and useful experience

I didn’t regret enrolling in Tefl.org. It was an amazing online class. They provide clear instructions and thorough information in everything they do. It was easy to follow and comprehend all the materials.

I never thought that i could become an english tutor/teacher as my first language is Italian, but I have lived in London for 9 years, so i have got some knowledge and experience.
I was reluctant into doing the course and complete it because i had no idea of the modules and what to expect next.
Well i can tell it has been one of my life decisions so far, as i'm teaching online to over 30 students along with over 1000 lessons, i'm able to do it while travelling or from the confort of my home!
Recently I have also attend a 3 days course in person in London with Asif, to improve & gain more skills about teaching, which I have applied straigh away. I highly recommend to start & try out TEFL.ORG courses because they have a fantastic system and support available to guide you during the process (videos, blogs, live support, live training).
I should have done it before, thanks a million!
